Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

The people/ Plain and simple everyone from the grounds staff to the butler were fantastic. The POSH club experience was incredible, her team were more than we could have hoped ofr when we booked.

Food. While we understand it is not easy to cater to all levels of guests, the a la carte restaurants were not able to provide a personalized experience above their stated menu, which is produced to supply to the maximum number of people possible.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff really took care of us. They prepared a beautiful decoration for our room, all arranged by Ms. Julie — thank you to her!The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. What I loved the most was how kind and helpful the entire team was. I’m traveling with a small baby, and wherever I went, they were always ready to assist.I’ve stayed in many similar hotels in different parts of the world, and this one definitely stands out. I highly recommend it to everyone.And of course, the food, desserts, fruits — everything was excellent!

We, a family of four, had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and would happily recommend it.The staff truly stand out. Everyone, from the front desk to the beach team, is super friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Maher, the restaurant manager, who is awesome and makes sure guests are well taken care of.The beach and pool areas are neat, clean, and well maintained, making it very relaxing to spend time there. The beach caretaker deserves praise as well. He is very friendly and attentive.The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfy, which made resting after a long day easy.The all-inclusive food quality is great and really tasty, with good variety. Non-alcoholic drinks were excellent. We did not try alcoholic drinks.Security is strict, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. The resort is also conveniently close to the airport, making arrival and departure very easy.Overall, a great experience with excellent service, comfort, and food. We would gladly return.

One area that could be improved is the dining service during lunch and dinner. Used dishes were not cleared promptly, and servers were sometimes slow while guests were still eating. With better attention here, the dining experience would be even better.

The facilities are nice, the grounds are well kept, the large variety of food options, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff. No loud music and no overly intrusive solicitation to book additional activities. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. The beach was very clean and beautiful. There are a large variety of pools and the grounds are very well maintained.

The hotel could use a game room with a pool table, board games and card games.

The staff really make this place. Food was very good, great selection of restaurants (better than most all inclusives) Will definitely return. Thank you to Gamal in reception, he made our stay very memorable.

Wifi was intermittent

Great staff , very kind, smile and supportive.Room was perfect , good location for families.Swimming pools are clean and comfortable for kids.All crews are so sensitive. There is full continuous improvement in every area. If something wrong or not liked by a customer, team immeditaley approach kibdly and fast to make it done which is super great behavior.

Did not like food becase every day the same concept and the same foods in three meals, very low variety.Also found plastic piece in a rice pot.Only A few A La Carte restaurants are very well and reflects real country culture.No have enough WC and change cabins around pools.Sometimes internet connection had problem around main restaurant area.

The manager Salah Gamal contacted me via WhatsApp even before our arrival, in order to check if we need something prior to our arrival. He arranged having a connected room with our teenage kids.During our stay, he was continously checking via messages if we have a pleasant stay.It was amazing to see him, and the complete team being friendly and welcoming! The food was great, varied each evening with different theme: fish, kebap, etc. Lots of fruits and desserts. Thanks to the resto next to the beach, and the one next to the pool, practically there is avaliable food and drink all the time....Also, lots of botteled water in the rooms, and mini bar refilled every day.There are several heated swimming pools, very comfortable to swim even in December. Towels are offered in exchange for a card.Very practical is the local small bus curculating around the resort each 5-10 minutes, so one don’t need to walk too much.Very nice gym. Staff are always there to ask you for drink or other things, very kind!Once again, thanks Salah for making our holiday on real 5 stars level.

Food, Location and Amenities are excellent for a Family vacation. Well received and looked after throughout the stay,

Should use more Electric vehicles, so that it will be easier when we walk around the Resort road for Walking activity.

The team is excellent & very cooperative Mr Mohamed the manager of all restaurants is so kind & mr Romany on the main restaurant is also so kindReally everything is excellent & I will come back next year on this resort

The pools were nice! The gym was nice! The food was good!

We liked the diving school and the beautiful reef near the hotel.

The hotel promised to meet us at the airport, but did not, it was very unexpected and very unpleasant with 2 small children.

Very clean .Up to date facilities.Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I may consider the service as weak.the food was less than good.Beach is not enjoyable .

The resort haf everything in one spot, and all the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. It was very good for kids as well as taking care of our food allergies one glutenfree and vegan and eggs/treenuts. The on-site dive center has very good professional instructors and we also took the PADI exam.

The finishings in the rooms are a bit dated,. The map of the hotel is a bit old and getting around can be a bit confusing. But in regards to everything minor things.

The hotel truly offers a high-quality all-inclusive experience. The breakfast and dinner options were quite varied and of good quality. The Nora restaurant is excellent, and the outdoor grill area is also very good. The Egyptian bread was a nice touch as well. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the food.The live music shows in the restaurant added a lovely atmosphere to the evenings.The room was spacious and very quiet. The pools were great, with enjoyable entertainment, and there are plenty of them to choose from. The water slide area is excellent — fun for both adults and children. It’s not a full water park, but it’s more than enough for a young child to enjoy.There are à la carte restaurants available, but we didn’t try them this time since the buffet was already excellent — maybe next time!The snorkeling area is outstanding — truly breathtaking.The hotel itself is very beautiful, with elegant architecture and a refined style.A special thanks to Mr. Gamal Salah, who was always attentive and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay.

The beds are smaller than expected for a double bed (the minimum standard would be 160 x 190 cm), although I’m confident they would have replaced them if requested. The air conditioning is very noisy, which made it difficult to rest in the evening without turning it off.The beach is too small, and it becomes extremely difficult to find a spot after 10 a.m., which is a drawback. There are many stairs around the property, which can be tiring, especially for children, although a shuttle bus is available.The staff are very friendly and helpful, but during busy periods there can be delays in getting drinks due to high demand.

The service from all the staff was excellent. Mr Gamal was very attentive and so was Mohammad Ibrahim, my room service staff member.

I thought the value for money at the sea food restaurant was positive.
