Loud, blaring, thumping music at the pool until 4am. When I called to ask when the party ends, the front desk said it happens every Wednesday despite no disclosures, warnings or notifications when I booked the room or the day of and then hung up.
The staff.
YES! It’s 111 degrees outside. Your fridge is packed with outrageously expensive crap nobody wants. We were told by the bellman we can’t take coolers into the room. Pathetic.
The mattress was lumpy, the shower head is no better than one you would find at a Motel 6 and if your room is facing the strip, the nightclub music goes all night.
Spa couples massage was not 50 minutes and paid over $600 and not get the full 50 mins
This hotel is an entirely beautiful package with many fantastic eating, shopping, and entertainment options. The rooms are lux with quality bedding and so spacious. I could live at the Encore.
Be careful when staying on the strip view side, the nightclub is below and can be a bit noisy even 12 floors up. I always bring my sound machine if not joining the club.
Room was spacious and the we liked the curtain features that blacked out the room from sunlight in the morning
The pillow were too feathered down and did not give good neck support . One of the sinks were clogged

The hotel room, the spa, and the overall building and casino were very nice.
I had a hard time getting early check in even though I was willing to pay for it. I couldn¿t get it but luckily the room was still ready when we got there. Also, for it being a 5 star hotel I expected the room to be a bit cleaner, down to the details.

This hotel defines luxury and top notch service. Every employee we encountered was wonderful and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed on the strip. The room was huge and the bedding was heaven. Pools were immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.
I was a little surprised by the amount of kids at the pool.
Loved the tech in the room, worked seamlessly. The Alexa-controlled blinds & lights were so cool! The room was super luxurious, double vanity, great lighting, lots of mirrors, very spacious. The room had a nice divider between the bedroom and living room
During the weekend it was hard to find food options (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the property that didn't have a 1.5+ hour wait. You had to make reservations in advance. Would have been nice to have a heads-up to make reservations when we checked in

Missing a lot of typical creature comforts of a typical resort on the strip. No quick place to get a bit to eat, no necessities store, not even a vending machine to grab a soda to take back to your room.

Encore/Wynn is the epitome of excellence in Vegas. From its breathtaking beauty to exceptional amenities, it's the best hotel I've experienced. The pool area is fantastic too. If it's within your budget, stay here without a second thought.
The sole downside is the absence of complimentary water bottles provided.
