- The staff was very friendly and helpful

- The location of this Motel is a Blessing and a curse.. Aurora Ave in north Seattle apparently has many rough spots.. However it's well connected to frequent transit that will get you to downtown and to other destinations fast. The staff was also AWSOME
Cons -
- I called the front desk after getting home Sunday night and finding small ants all over in my suitcase. I had seen some in the bathroom at the hotel but didn?t realize they had gotten into my luggage. The manager has not called me back.
- The room - there was a patch in the hotel wall that was not painted, the flooring (vinyl planks) was not installed correctly and there were gaps in the floor, and the towel holder was not level so a screw was used to try and level the rack.
- The motel is spread across three separate buildings. One building we initially were booked into had issues with it's hot water. Also one back window was diffused but lacked curtains making it hard to sleep in. Fortunately we were moved to a better room.
