The room was very clean, no odor. Love the fact that you accommodate guests who want to stay in a pet-free room, like us.?Our front desk person was amazing!

Location was great. Easy access to the e bus to go downtown. Very accessible to get to the university of Washington. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Very welcoming and helpful.
We didn't have any hand or face soap when we came in the room. Had to ask get staff to open door to get ice from ice machine which was very inconvenient to our stay.

Basic and clean room. Relatively cheap. Close to the zoo which was the purpose of our travel.
The included breakfast was lackluster.

The room was clean. That's about it.
They said they were serving breakfast. I go down there and it's 2 honey buns and 2 sunny ds. I paid $316 for 2 nights !! U can't hook it up with some good break fast ? Also there's prostitutes on the next street. People would come out and slams their doors which was really annoying. The man at the service desk was rude, idk why. And the rooms smell weird.

Location is very good.
We could not use WIFI. This was very important point.
