- Proximity to Cancun airport. Nice beach. Food at Amber restaurant was very good.
- The food overall was quite good. The hotel had a fun aesthetic in the rainforest and most of the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Great beach access and a good, intimate experience for adults and couples.

- The service, beautiful hotel but lack of service for a 5 diamond hotel.
- This hotel is not as advertised. The buildings are run down. Hot water is luke warm at best. Sewage smell dominated most of the property. The staff was not knowledgable about their own property or restaurant hours. The staff's English was limited.
- During the last night of our stay, a person who was not a guest was allowed to spend time at the bar, mingling with paid hotel guests, deceiving them about his intentions. Thankfully, security eventually removed him, but the bartender was complicit.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was so kind. First class all the way. Beach was very well maintained even with the bad algae they were on top of it. White sand and clear blue water no rocks or debris to worry about stepping on.
Even though it is all inclusive they do not let you take food from the restaurants and it is a $20 delivery fee to get food i your room. so unless you eat every meal at a restaurant plan on the extra cost.
