Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, kickback meal at dinner time.

VERY disappointed in room noise. There is only a single pane window and we did not sleep the entire night! The freeway was so loud! We felt like we were sleeping on top of the freeway. You really need to update those windows to more than single pane.

They charged me an additional $9 without calling me. They had no reason to charge me. Room was only for one night, we slept and left in the morning, leaving the key in the room.

Great location and not too pricey

VERY VERY UNIQUE property! The rooms have beautiful air-brushed murals on the walls and the ceiling had puffs of clouds. The black-light located strategically in between our wondeful and very comfortable beds turns on and lights up stars on ceiling/walls.

Really nice Motel with an excellent location! The Decor in our rooms was unique, and the Cleanliness is outstanding!

Coffee maker in room was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Cars parked in slots for rooms. Door to room had poor locks, and didn't close tightly. It did not seem safe when you could see through the sides of the door.

Not five star luxury, bit a really FUN hotel with a great restaurant on site. The western themed room with glow in the dark ceiling stars was a blast!

The bar stools in the suite were falling apart and the shower had barely any water pressure.

1. Poor plumbing. Shower spit brown water when first turned on. Toilet ran. 2. Very few electrical outlets and some did not work. The hairdryer blew the circuit guard. 3. Doors only lock with a cheap door lock. 4. Coffee maker did not work ( outlet)

Location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, St. Paul's Memorial Church, and the University of Virginia campus.

No free breakfast. Also, since they do provide hair dryers in the room, I wish it would be listed as an amenity with the room so I could leave mine at home and make my luggage less heavy.

It is a basic hotel. Good value for the price. The owners and staff were wonderful - very friendly and accommodating.

It could be cleaned a bit better (corners in the tiled areas specifically).

very charming older inn with friendly staff. Room had forest with deer mural to add to the country charm and was cozy. Has a really nice restraunt behind the inn called Brick's that make good food. The restraunt matches the inn and has a charming vibe.

for whatever reason the shower did not have good water pressure, which was weird because the sink had good pressure.

Nice cowboy themed motel room! Right next to the Longhorn Saloon with good music and river tubing! And had a great burger just down Main Street at the Chicken Coop. Of course, 11th Street Cowboy Bar always is rockin'.
