Comfort Suites Clinton near Presbyterian College

Room was clean.

Room was musty. It had been repaired/renovated but not very neatly. The workmanship was sloppy.

Clean, good location.

Parking Lot Flood Light aimed directly into our window. Blackout curtains were too short, and too narrow to darken the room. No matter what we did, it was like sleeping in a interrogation room. Neither of us got 10 minutes of sleep. Seriously.

The room looked heavily used and worn. The bathroom fixtures and vanity looked worn out and not up to date. The beds and the linen were acceptable but this hotel definately has declined since our stay last year in Clinton.

Did not have well lit parking lot and truck was broken into. Plus had storm damage which included tarps on roof

Customer service, cleanliness, and location

Right next to the Interstate and Blue Ocean, which is a excellent Seafood restaurant.

The free breakfast. Ease of parking. Good location. Quality bedding.

Well stocked breakfast. Rooms very clean. Hot water took almost 10 min to arrive on my second floor room shower but once the first person realized that, the others just planned for that. Great stay!

Breakfast was fabulous! Accomodations were very nice.

Bathroom had a little bit of dirt behind the door but I let the front desk know about it.

Loud yelling and laughter in the hallway until late, a fire alarm going off at 1 AM, dirty carpeting, an unclean bathroom, a toilet that wouldn¿t flush properly, air conditioning that didn¿t work correctly

Couch and furniture needed updates.

Proximity to Presbyterian College, nice staff, room was fine and bed was very comfortable.

Water was lukewarm for a shower.

Hotel both inside and out was dirty and I kept. Our room has a smell and it looking very used. Scratches scuffs on furniture walls ect. When I checked in I It was so unkept that we didn¿t feel comfortable eating the breakfast.

Young man @checkin had difficulties Door to room was propped wide open with garbage can..toilet seat left up not sure if room had been cleaned About to get into bed saw a cockroach on curtain inches from bed

Phone and receptiical bar on night stand did not work Caught cockroach took it to front desk I was asked to dispose of it myself

Everything was clean didn¿t have a problem with the room and the staff were very helpful with everything and made sure we enjoyed our stay

Hotel needs to be updated. We had to switch rooms because our heat did not work¿what a pain. The ice machine on our floor didn¿t work. The pool heater did not work, so no swimming. The pool is the reason I chose this hotel over others, indoor pool.

had a hard time getting hot water

There were like 10 cats that like to roam around the hotel so that was funny seeing them every time you come outside.

The hotel seemed understaffed because things weren't filled in the morning for breakfast and I couldn't find anyone to check out in the morning. It was a nice hotel though.

This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly, room was huge compared to others I¿ve stayed in and it¿s right next door to a restaurant with great tasting food. Not having to drive far for food was a major plus.

Room size was good and the suite was equipped well

We CHOSE hotel for the pool for our 2 boys. At check in the attendant even told us the pool hours. But it was closed our entire stay- unclear why. That¿s unacceptable. We should get some sort of credit or refund because we would have stayed elsewhere
