Location, easy access to other parts of the city and airport

Required to make reservations for the restaurants,small window to do so, then when we finally got in, the food was absolutely unedible,protein was super dry and tough,service was horrible. Only two of our party of five got dessert,server never came back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The French restaurant was excellent.

The food in the buffet was not good.

I had no idea it was a property solely for families with children. Nowhere did I see that before booking. So I was in hell during my entire stay.

1st off when making reservations they tell you all restaurants are full booked and wasn't able to make any reservations for the speciality restaurants. There where also about 8 more families there complaining about the same thing. Rooms are very old and need remodeling. Only 2 electrical outlets worked in the room. Had to call and get those fixed. Honestly there was way more but too long to write a review.

Lovey little water park and all inclusive for the kids.

The building has severe plumbing issues. The buffet was pretty bad :-(Everything tastes frozen burnt

Staff was not very responsive when issues were brought up. The AC in the room was not cooling. We let the staff members know and nobody attempted to resolve the issue. Our shower didnt not want to turn on in multiple occasions i let 3 seperate staff members know and again no attempt at resolving. Toilet would not flush again no response i had to fix it myself. Most restaurants and areas were closed off. Overall not a great stay.

The beach was clean, and the staff was always very nice. The kids area was nice for my 5 year old to play, but the seating available was not adequate.

The beds in the family room were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. The buffet was mediocre and to try and book an al a carte restaurant was impossible.

Hotel is in need of renovation since they are higher end resort. Food was mediocre and warm not hot or any cold items were cold. Drinks were mid grade and had no other option to get better liquor other than well liquor. They upgrade our rooms since I had two book but took over two hours after check in and stated it was still getting cleaned and couldn’t get into the rooms until then . However rooms weren’t cleaned, someone left an open pop in fridge and there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen floor. Remote was sticky and we didn’t take showers in fear that they haven’t been wiped down. Only thing on the upgraded rooms were that they were two bedrooms and had a big balcony.

Easy access to the beach and within walking distance you have, mall and shopping center (Walmart, Sam club). Additionally you can take the bus to the Malecón and fleet market “Mercado municipal”

Absolutely nothing. The food was horrible the inclusion was no value added. Had to spend extra to make the stay tolerable.

Everything…Food was disgusting the drinks were water down. The vendors killed the beach experience. You have someone bothering you every 5 seconds. The cheapest room is a nightmare.

We had a very lovely room near the beach and no complaints on the room. The beach area is good and we could always find chairs. Awesome kid pool that my daughter did not want to leave even when she got cold. There was a spot to blow up inflatables too. Another pool had a side that’s shallow and perfect for small kids. There is a main pool and adult area too. The staff was friendly and helped us several times. If you arrive early, they let you enjoy the facilities until room is ready. There is room service for a small extra charge.

The water was warm, but not hot in the showers. No coffee bar, but there was a coffee shop close by we walked to.

The restrooms in the hotel room doesn’t have enough privacy. There are separate by a cristal door.

Most of Staff are exceptional, but most are within 1 year of service. What happened to all the senior staff?

Air conditioners don't work 2 out of three rooms (578, 1524) we were moved to. It was 27 degrees in bedroom. Unacceptable for a resort that charges 5 star prices. General decay evident everywhere
