The location is excellent, and the people are very friendly.

The beds are extremely hard and hurt our backs so we did not sleep well. We had absolutely no water twice, once was in the middle of a shower.

Having to hold on to cards to get a towel for the pool and if we loose the cards at check out we have to pay $25 per towel. Hotel staff never mentioned that or the fees. My Dad never got in the pool and was charged for a towel for not finding card.

Great staff

They allow too many people in on day passes making pool and common areas to boost and busy. Every day they were running out of things. I early aggressive salesman trying to sell you memberships

Location was great and very walkable to stores and Malec�n.

I booked an ?ocean view? room but was given a view of a big, white wall with a glimpse of the ocean from one corner of the balcony. When I asked for another room, I was told that it would cost an extra $--- for a room with a better view. Disappointing!

The constant sales pitch to buy in I understand that?s how they make living but some staff were relentless and it infringes on your relaxation

The proximity to the beach was amazing and stuffs were very welcoming.

Food selection was poor and didn¿t change much in the buffet day to day. Restaurants at the hotel were a total disappointment. Food wasn¿t good. We ate out more than we used the hotel restaurants because of the quality.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación perfecta! Cerca pero a la vez lo suficiente retirada del bullicio del malecón. La calidad de la comida excelente! La playa perfecta para nadar y un excelente servicio de todo el personal.

Lo único sería, que increíblemente no hay ventiladores en el lobby! Es una sauna a la hora de hacer check in! Mi consideración para todo el personal que tiene que estar allí varias horas

Location: easy access to beach and pier(malecon). Buffet has so many choices for every meal time. Room had great view of pool and beach.

The staff was nice and the location was great.

Very low quality food. The food service was horrible. The swimming pool was very small and crowded, not enough lounge furniture. When trying to relax at the beach, there were way too many vendors. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was just okay, the restaurants that we had to make reservations for were not as good as the buffet. The Mexican night Buffet was very disorganized. Two out of three of our party got very sick.

Staff, location, beach, food, everything was great

I loved that they were not under staffed. Anything I needed they were a call away and very responsive. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurants and snack bars was just enough. Never did I feel like they missing anything.

Staff was friendly but because we¿re not white race seems to cause them to treat us differently.

Indeed, the AC made a buzzing sound which during the quiet times at night made it really difficult to sleep. I called the front desk and nothing was done to address the issue.

The rooms were so small I payed extra for big room and it was so small , the shower head wasn¿t working

Our 1st room had roacheS. Moved rooms at 1:30am only to not have working air-conditioning. We were moved to a 3rd room at 6:30 in the morning. The staff was not the nicest regarding issues. Food was just okay and property is small/crowded and parking suck
