Amazing food, poor customer service, old facilities.
Food was excellent. I would return just for how great it was.
The reception staff had terrible customer service that left me with a negative experience. It took me between 3-4 hours just to check in despite already having paid for my family’s stay (14 people). They were unreasonable with their check-in requirements and always blamed [Link Redacted] for the trouble. I had to be the intermediary between the hotel and [Link Redacted] to resolve a series of issues. Rooms had no internet. The did not accept my credit card payments because I did not have an official form of Mexican identification. The rooms were poorly maintained: 1. The window covers did not fully close; 2. The window cloths were moldy; 3. The restroom vent did not work; 4. The bathtub was stained and not sealed well; 5. Having consistent hot water was unreliable. Facilities staff fixed the jammed window cover. Facilities staff fixed the bathroom fan but left the clogs of dust all over the floor. The only thing that made this stay memorable was the food. It was amazing.

A little cozy resort to rest and recharge.
We liked the overall distribution of all the facilities, locations are close to each other and it feels cozy, super family and friends friendly. Food and beverages always at hand. For the price is a good offer, a little cozy resort to just rest.
The toilet of our room looked old, the bathtub was losing its paint, our room didn't receive any sort of Wi-Fi or mobile signal, we couldn't coordinate with our friends on meeting hours, for example. The restaurant doesn't have a toilet and you have to use the ones in the lobby but the WC doors couldn't be locked which is weird for a lobby's bathroom that has to be accessed by the resort's guests. The skybar could use a bit more love, a good music playlist to make more party atmosphere.
