- The customer service was horrible. The moment we got there it was disorganized. They attempted to charge me extra, which made me feel uneasy. Even though I speak Spanish they were not being transparent.

The view and the beach. The location was wonderful

The staff was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the positive atmosphere, and it was very clean.
I wish we had a refrigerator in the room to keep cold drinks. Also, I did not like paying for extra water.
