Nice beach

We had no hot water and the roof leaked. It was a very disappointing stay.

Small not too busy. Food was good and staff so friendly and helpful. Beach was amazing

Little to none ac in rooms. We did get a new room 24 hours later after being persisted. This room had acceptable ac. The only real ac is in the spa and the gift shop. The restaurant/only restaurant we were allowed to go had very little ac.

We won't be back. No hot water, there were two loud outside parties until late at night that while we laid in bed we felt like we were in the middle of. Staff was rude at pool restaurant, buffet food was cold, room wasn't ready on time.

The only good thing about this hotel was the lunch menu/buffet by the pool bar. Absolutely nothing else.

Everything! It was horrible. Drinks were extremely watered down, pool water was hot, the buffet gave a limited food option, we were not even able to book a restaurant reservation. Unable to go to ocean because of so much seaweed, no music past 5pm in pool

Poor facilities

Clean/organized. Beautiful quiet grounds. Good wi-fi and variety of food/drink. Mix of family and some party people. I'm not really into the vibe of resorts and spent most days driving out and exploring the region, but I could get used to this place.

Food good but inconsistent quality. "All-inclusive" so none of the real good liquor available. Most staff friendly enough but rather serious and focused. Beach was great but fair amount of sargazo so had to drive an hour to Cancun to find clean beaches.

Staff and activities

The room is small but we didn't fprnd much time in it. Internet is not included. You just buy it.

The location is perfect. 15 min walk along the beach to 5 th Ave. $7.00 US cab ride. Allegro has the biggest, nicest beach front along that walk. The entertainment team was energetic and a lot of fun. The food was excellent every day and night.

I cannot think of anything not to like

Great location. It is in a gated community so I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. There are a lot of scheduled events at the hotel, plus the hotel is very close to downtown (20-min walk) and close to Tulum, plenty of centones, Akumal, etc.

I was a little disappointed that this hotel did not have a fitness center, however since the neighborhood is gated, I felt very safe jogging alone in the morning.

The room had a difficult time maintaining a constant temperature. The all inclusive food was the same stuff everyday, even though they would say it had a special theme. My son got sick and threw up, we where then charged $40 for special cleaning!!

To be honest, I really have nothing that was best about this hotel.

The rooms were not ready till 3pm to check into. It even when we were told 3pm we had to wait 10 mins more to confirm whether or not it was clean. For it being our first experience of an all inclusive hotel, it surely was not up to par with most places.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was really good at the buffets and especially the restaurants (Italian and Mexican).

The only thing I didn't like was that the room was right next to the stage outside so at night we would hear the singing as the rooms are not sound-proof.

Convenient location to the shopping area. The staff was super friendly! Thank you Hotel Employee and everyone! We had a beautyfull time. The food was Great! Hotel provided breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also beach towels

At first we were assigned a one bedroom which was a huge conflict because as two females we needed our own beds. There was nothing the hotel could do, according to them, on the day of arrival as they were all booked out. So we had to wait two days.

This resort exceeded our initial expectations after reading some of the reviews prior to coming. Above all the staff are amazing and really make it a fun atmosphere. The rooms werecleanThe restaurants including the buffets were mucho Bueno. Enjoy life!!!!

Some language barrier depending on staff.

I love the friendliness of all staff. Even if they make eye contact at you everyone is greeting you. The cleanliness is also superb. Everything was great overall and when we tipped the staff they actually looked surprised and grateful. Planning to return

Only thing I wasn't all crazy about was the bed and the stiffness. A bit too hard to me but overall no complaints.

20 min walking distance from 5th avenue and ferry to Cozumel. Lots of shopping and different activities from massage to sky diving and scuba diving. Beautiful beach. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

The staff was generally very good. The facilities are pretty nice although they did have to close the pool bar for renovations while we were there

Trying to book the a la carte restaurants was disorganized and just a pain

The property grounds are well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

First, Booking.com shows pictures of bright open rooms, unfortunately we got a dark old gloomy room with furniture from 30 years ago. Very misleading and that’s a discussion we’ll be having soon. The worst customer experience occurs daily. The only way to make dinner reservations is in person after 10am. You go to a desk in the lobby that’s manned by one person. You should see the line at 9:15. Who would want to do this daily? What resort would ask their guest to do this daily? Might be time to get with the times!
