- Nice location
- The staff were nice and the beach side massages (extra cost) were amazing.
- This hotel is great i really loved it all staff was nice and helpful especially some man name hotel employee he went out of his way for us and also another man name hotel employee we were never empty handed we always had a drink in our hand
Cons -
- Rude check in experience, difficulty checking in, and cockroaches in room.
- Our refrigerator wasn¿t working and we noticed the plug was halfway in, we plugged it back in and it started smoking like it caught on fire. The water was running black/brown in our room. I was scared to shower in it and didn¿t shower the entire time.
- I loved everything about this hotel i will be staying here again the only thing was food not much meats

attentive and friendly staff, always clean, great food, specialty restaurants had incredible food and service. All drinks were included.
it's a little dated but seems to be in the process lot some renovations.
