The staff were nice and the beach side massages (extra cost) were amazing.

Our refrigerator wasn¿t working and we noticed the plug was halfway in, we plugged it back in and it started smoking like it caught on fire. The water was running black/brown in our room. I was scared to shower in it and didn¿t shower the entire time.

Rude check in experience, difficulty checking in, and cockroaches in room.

This hotel is great i really loved it all staff was nice and helpful especially some man name hotel employee he went out of his way for us and also another man name hotel employee we were never empty handed we always had a drink in our hand

I loved everything about this hotel i will be staying here again the only thing was food not much meats

attentive and friendly staff, always clean, great food, specialty restaurants had incredible food and service. All drinks were included.

it's a little dated but seems to be in the process lot some renovations.

The staff are incredibly pleasant and do their best to help in any situation. They maintain a very clean resort

In my room there was little hot water in the shower and low pressure. After 4 days and a lot of trouble shooting it would require digging into the walls to get to the actual plumbing to fix

Friendly staff

The appearance of the outside of the hotel as you drive up is scary. The front desk staff told me that my room would have a balcony facing the beach and the pool. My Room did not. When I call to change rooms they charged me an additional fee per night.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to please their guests. Quality staff.

the bed was really uncomfortable and ac unit was not very good. Hot and cold rather than even temp. Room is outdated for the price.

This hotel was absolutely rude. The lady at the counter followed me outside as she thought I was going on a tour to another hotel one morning when I was actually meeting a friend from another hotel for coffee.

This was not a good time for us. The only positive was the pleasant service staff.

This was a horrible experience. Check in took forever. Had to pay extra for my kids. The room was dank and smelled of must and mold. The buffet food was not good. The bed was ROCK hard. No sleep. Never again.

Good all inclusive. Food was nice!

The 2 bedroom options worked well for our family of 14. Location, friendly staff

Rooms could use some updating. You need to be more transparent about having rooms across the street. Make that an option.

There was no water, no power, no chairs by the pool, wrong room, slow service, everything was a scam

Nothing but location

Paid $441 Cdn for one night so two meals. No water to shower at night then at 8 am water out again so had to sponge bath with water bottle. Front desk blamed city. Had to go back to front desk at night as key card didn’t work. Never gave me check in paper with wifi code. Called at night for it but desk clerk got frustrated trying to give over phone and said I had to go downstairs. Told to go to guest services to complain. She said go to booking.com to file complaint. Did that and never heard back. Service horrible at breakfast had to hail them down each time. Food was bad, no selection. No sausages or ham or bacon, only wieners. Dinner was NYE and no roasted or baked chicken or roast beef or roast pork. Some greasy red sauce with some sort of shredded meat and a fish that was bland. Disappointed I paid that much money for one night. Room smelled musty and bathroom smelled like mould. Very dated room in need of a refresh. No customer service when complained. A whole group in lobby were complaining to guest services who only said a room to shower was set up. Not interested in a community shower. One of the letters in name of hotel missing above check in desk. Very run down from how it used to be.

The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food—definitely a highlight of our stay.

Cons:• Strong humidity smell in the room• Visible mold (sink and bathroom)• No bathroom exhaust fan• Bedding felt old and worn• Garden-view room was very noisy (challenging with a 6-month-old baby)• Elevator stopped working multiple times each day; we had to ask staff for assistanceOverall, great service, but room condition and cleanliness, noise, and maintenance need improvement, especially for families.

Things was my second time on this hotel i returned due my amazing experiences 1st time.Unfortunately in this ocasion, the variety off fod wasn't there, limited snacks, ceviche was a salad not cebiche. The specialty restautants spectacular.I hope was only a bad time because the expetations were big due my first time

Absolutely nothing.Overcrowded with kids, not accommodating the vegans whatsoever needed to leave the day after and got charged for five days even though I wasn’t there. Staff is not accommodating or helpful. The place advertises restaurants, but you can’t even get a reservation because it’s always booked. This place is a scam and filled with weirdos.

The staff, including the bartenders are really rude and mean they don’t like their jobs and they let it out on the people there. Couldn’t even get into the pool because there was so many children and the water was boiling hot so it wasn’t even enjoyable to be in that pool. Got really sick from the food and can’t even get into the restaurants that are falsely advertised as part of the inclusive there’s all these rules that aren’t even mentioned in the booking or the website and they scam and trick people to book and then you can’t get out of it.

The restaurant Akita was amazing food variety, and the buffets were great as well

He all inclusive alcohol. Beverages were not great.. all taste was too light taste like water down. If you want better drinks, you have to ask for doubles..

The pool wasn’t deep at all so it was a plus

The property on the side of the mountain is extremely outdated. Although they say there are 3 restaurants you have to have a reservation and depending on the amount of days you stay they will give you a voucher to reserve there is only one snack bar that closes everyday at 5 the cevicheria was probably the best thing about the stay other than that it was just not that great

Spend your money somewhere else in Puerto Vallarta

The whole staff didn’t care and 3 or 4 staff members were super rude and it’s really no all inclusive because we couldn’t find food once we checked in
