Pros +
- The kindness and helpfulness everyone showed.
- Food was good specially the dinner but breadfast was the same all days never change the menÃÂú they take foverer to serve the food but the instalations was ok
- Lots of activities for kids. Loved the bounce houses by the pool. Great customer service
Cons -
- They dont fill the mini bar and one time the Tecate light beer finished for several days and the location so far from the quinta av. supost to be un from of the resort but is at the end of the avenue. If u got dlls they take forever yo change it
- -Horriable beach -Needing to make reservations for restaurants that was impossible to get the times you want so having to eat at the at buffet daily with awful food selection -Smokers EVERYWHERE including the kids pool -NO pull out sofa in the suites
- A lot of noises during the night, slam door, children screaming in the aisle. Restrict areas for lunch and dinner and also restrict for swimming pool. I do not recommend for people that want a silent place .

The staff was very polite and the food was good.
