Quietness

Rock hard beds but we slept til 10:30

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfy, the breakfast area clean and inviting. The coffee good ? and food ready early! The price of room was good too!

We were only looking to stay one night as close as possible to the destination we were visiting. The hotel was clean and in a good location.

I didn't notice if there was a pool or not and the dining option wasn't much to pick from and most things like service stations seemed to close of very early in this area.

Staff were super nice

Room stunk of cigarettes, Walls were dirty and it was loud (doors slamming etc) There are only 2 hotels in this area but this was the better one???? I was disgusted.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and told about a couple of restaurants. Gave great directions and was super nice

There was mold on the air conditioner which was a big problem.

The only good thing about this motel was easy parking

Room was smelly because of dampness, breakfast was disgusting with old pre-packed donuts employee were subpar, bed linens were dirty, there was a hole in the bathtub and the counter in the bath had been held together with duct tape which had come loose.

The location was just where I wanted to be

Check in was not a good experience. The night desk clerk cost me extra $10 to check in.

Clean and comfortable and without, as far as I could tell, semi permanent residents.

The continental breakfast was OK, but not great.

A staff member used cussing toward me, I stayed at the one in Bedford Va I will never book with this hotel again.

Staff most definitely, friendly, courteous Treated me like a valued customer and not like my presence was an inconvenience to them.Have no problem going back there. Their competition across the street should take some lessons from them.

Yes nooo elevator, granted there's only two floors ,but I'm old and my wife is lazy so it sucked having to carry everything up the stairs. However that's the only bad thing I can say about our stay

Room was not very clean. Crumbs and debris on the floor, stains on the mattress, half-used shampoo bottles. Barely acceptable, but acceptable.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and a nice variety of items, including eggs and biscuits, and gravy. The hotel was well kept, nice and clean.

Pretty view of mountains. A lot of outlets, large desk for working. Close to Walmart and Huddle House. One of the front desk ladies and the cleaning crew were very nice.

Carpet, pillows, shower curtain, lamp shades were very old/torn/discolored. Fridge didn't close, sink didn't drain, no screen on window, no ventilation in bathroom, old coffee in coffee machine. Toilet seat not secure. Cigarettes in window sill, microwave

Location

our room was not clean. Carpet was stained and DISGUSTING. Bathroom was not clean. Hotel was charging $1 for the little hotep bottles of conditioner. Room came with 1 small bar of soap and 1 hotel shampoo for 2 guests. No conditioner that costed extra.

Proximity to Bedford; felt safe; simple but decent breakfast; comfortable beds; selection of snacks in vending machines; staff is nice. This was our second stay at this motel and would recommend.

Could use some upgrades for the price... plugs fall out of some outlets; some TV channels had no audio; windows were kind of dirty and spidery on the outside. No restaurants within walking distance.

Location and better breakfast than many places are providing these days.

Room wasn't vacuumed, stains on walls, sink drained slowly, cheap plastic toilet seat had broken attachment. Desk chair was uncomfortable.

We were here for a funeral,I'm done with this hotel chain,I stayed in the one in las Vegas july 2021 nasty not clean ,tried same one in Virginia and same thing nasty dirty,smelled like urine.ashes all over floor,sheets dirty.i will never stay@super8 again

The room and Motel were clean

No elevator Breakfast was terrible Hallways smelled like Marijuana

Truthfully there is not a single nice thing I can say about my stay.

The toilet did not flush. The room was not even close to clean. The parking area was horrible and the "hot breakfast" was a joke. Worst part is we had ordered a Spa suite and in all my experiences they have been on bottom floors. I was wrong.
