The shower design isn't well thought out - although beautiful, obviously renovated and modern, the water doesn't run down the drain efficiently due to an installation/ construction/ design error.... Would definitely recommend correcting the issue...

Found 2 hairs in the otherwise very clean bed

Very quite location within easy reach of City. Every thing about the Hotel was excellent including the food. All staff very friendly and helpful. Even the weather played into our hands giving us a great few days stay.

the hotel is beautifully set in a little forest asinde the Rhine river. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The very high quality of the service! Both human interaction and the room! Appreciated the attention to detail, the location is perfect for a quiet getaway, in the middle of a forest, quiet, 10 minutes drive from the Messe/Congress center. Loved the interior design! I didn't have time to enjoy the grounds, but they looked amazing! Definitely need to go there again!

- The cleaning service didn’t come the next morning although we put a notice in a door.- the hotel is located near factory, so even at night youcan hear the sounds of a metal transportation? and the reception doesn’t provide earplugs. It was hard to sleep deeply after a long drive.

The location, the way the place is set up the attention to detail in the room. A dog bed and water bowl were waiting in our room.

Comfy bed, good shower, free parking. Nice woodland walk. We ended up walking into town (took about an hour).... however, regular buses are avlbl from the hotel to town.

No USB sockets in the room. Tip: if you dont have a Swiss adater, use the USB cable to the TV to charge devices.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We loved the room, it was so stylish I even loved the kettle! I particularly loved the terrace overlooking the river.

Fantastic. Service as well as the food is outstanding. Very service minded and friendly staff. Had breakfast one morning - very good There is a huge forrest just outside . Great for jogging / walking .

Not very often one can say nothing here

In the woods, alongside the Rhine and only 4 km from Basel. Very calm. Excellent quality of accomodation and restaurant. Excellent and very friendly service.

The room was too hot when we arrived at 20.30 hrs mid July. Opening the windows to refresh at night we were invaded by mosquitos. Consequently we did not sleep well.The restaurant is good but extremely expensive.

Location in nature. Position near highway. Comfortable bed. Nice house.

No air conditioning, no elevator, rude staff at night (had to ring several times before someone came and person had unfriendly manners), only narrow sockets not suitable for laptop cable (but receptionist next day was nice and provided an adapter). All this for over 200 CHF.
