Location, cleanliness, staff efficiency and communication. Room was spacious, comfortable and accommodated our group well.

The outdoor pool closed too early and opened too late to enjoy. The key cards kept losing their scanning ability. The sliding glass door on the living area side kept sticking open and was off the track.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s actually a really nice hotel. They’ve got a good breakfast and more importantly good coffee and It’s a great location. I think you want to stay on the north end of the boardwalk. It’s a little nicer in my opinion.Every morning, I saw dolphins while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee

There’s nothing really to dislike.

We have stayed here before over the past few years and loved the location.

The hotel has changed and I wouldn't say for the better. I was surprised by the amount of cell phone use by employees throughout the hotel and limited eye contact. The front desk staff was nice. I had to ask to have fresh towels 3 days into our stay. We also ended up taking out our own garbage most of the time as house keeping didn't stop by every other day as promised. We were here for 6 days and only saw house keeping 2 x after I called the front desk. The pay for parking on the hotel site is also new- there is an $18 per day parking fee that wasn't disclosed with the final cost of our booking. Im not sure if we'll be back to this hotel again.

The staff was incredibly generous and helpful. I unfortunately forgot the ladies name that checked us in, but she went above and beyond to put a small gesture in the room for my daughter‘s 16th birthday the whole reason we were there. She put a little gift bag with a few goodies in it and a handwritten card wishing her a happy birthday. It was a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again.

Right on the beach, nice view of the ocean. Loved the outdoor pool! The pool bar was conveniently located. The Queen beds were comfortable. Indoor bar was small with limited items, but staff was very nice., & the wings were delicious! The desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. The area feels safe and is great for folks who can walk long distances to more fully experience the area. Better to stay closer or just south of Neptune Park for more options without walking too far. We found a local bar called Pelon’s on Pacific near our North hotel which was a gem and had terrific food, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff. Pelon’s saved the experience. Catch 31, near 31st street on the boardwalk, is worth the price! Skip the mahi sandwich at Lager Heads, but they do have other, better, items (near 34th street on the boardwalk).

Room 310. The fridge in the room was rusted. We couldn’t open the sliding door on one side of the suite, and the other sliding door was difficult to open. I needed help from family to come back inside at one point! There was large construction equipment on the beach that hindered entry at the closest stairs/ramp to the beach. We included breakfast in our reservations and while the staff was polite and kind, we felt inconvenienced by signing off every time we entered. The breakfast bar was oddly organized with a lot of walking back and forth to pair items; no bowls near the cereal, no cups near the coffee, coffee stirs around the corner near the lobby, syrup on the counter before the pancakes so lots of “excuse me” offers to people in line behind us, drinks not labeled, dirty container holding sugar packets. Overall the food choices were not bad, except for the pancakes/waffles/french toast, which were obviously poor quality and heated from frozen for use at the bar. It felt like moderate to little effort is made for customer satisfaction with this. I definitely would not have paid for breakfast here were it not included, I pretty much stuck with cereal, yogurt, fruit. The fresh fruit was great, but should have a spoon for serving, not small tongs. We were in a suite for a 6 day stay, it would’ve been great if the room was better prepped with some extra towels and toilet paper. The pull out was extremely uncomfortable and blocked 1/2 the room, couldn’t make our way to the chair , balcony walk out, curtains when it was open, & definitely didn’t want to deal with closing it every day. Offering a thick foam overlay would have probably made this better; when I asked for a pad I received a thin cover. One of the TVs had a service block in the corner that hindered view of the program.

Paying to park after paying for my stay that should have been included and not an extra charge. Also air conditioning in bedroom did not work well would not cool down below 77, so we left suite door open to help cool down some

Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, the view was amazing, I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was beautiful and fun! Our room was very lovely a d the beach area wasn’t over crowded. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Clean, location....little pricey free parking which is always a plus
