- Very clean, friendly staff, food was excellent
- The grounds of the hotel were very beautiful and tranquil. The view of the ocean From our room was fabulous. The pool was nice with an ample amount of pool lounge chairs. Many of the staff members were helpful.

- The water was rough and choppy the majority of the time due to the position of the hotel on Galley Bay. There were several days in which we were unable to go in the ocean (red flag). The food was very basic with a limited amount of options.
- Everything. Customer service terrible. Room outdated. Grounds poorly kept. Pool old and dirty. Food below average. Only one Restaurant available. Insects and ants everywhere including around food area, pool and outside sitting area, bitten!
