Clean friendly staff. Kitchen was nice with glasses and utensils.

Hot tub could have been little hotter. window would open but no screen..

I have always been well received by a polite and friendly staff member from arrival to departure. Rooms are always clean and comfortable While it is not a 4 star hotel, it consistently meets my family's needs & expectations.

The windows at the pool are always open and I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke so whenever someone is standing outside smoking it smells awful and chokes me up.

The staff was a delight and very helpful. I would stay here again based solely on their attitude.

The Wifi was horrible. I was unable to do work while at the hotel. It was very weak and spotty. The TV is impossible to browse the channels, although I think what I wanted to watch was available, I couldn't find it. Directv was SO much better, why change

NOTHING¿¿It was trashed. Mirrors taken off the wall. No lotion or extra TP. Filthy carpet. Felt like we were in a drug hotel.

The smells in the refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Free breakfast was listed as one of the amenities. There was no Belfast! That was one of the main things which led me to choose this hotel. Very disappointing!

The bed was comfortable and long enough for some who is 6' 4". That is rare. The location was great.

The a/c seem unusually loud, and the workout area was in open room with laundry room, so it was extremely hot in area.

The bed was comfortable, hotel clean. Locked front door after 8 pm requires hotel key to even get through front door, felt safe.

No breakfast as advertised, restaurants are open now so can their kitchen for breakfast, not even bagged breakfast available as other hotels have offered.

It was clean, employees were very friendly & professional, covid precautions were taken.

Not at all, I'll be back.

The bed was amazing clean room!

It took the AC 5 hours for it to really feel a cold breeze. I woke up at night sweating because the AC was blowing warm air. Also, I left my food out in the little kitchen and the ants attacked it! I was so sad. I didn't even get to eat any of it.

I had a glass cup in my room so I went to make a glass of something to drink and drink a piece of glass because the cup was broken the front desk worker was rude about it and treated me like a number instead of a person The pool had way to many chemical

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room I had reserved (2 queen beds) was not available when we got there. My 18 year old son had to sleep on a twin pull out couch. It wasn't very comfortable.

Breakfast ended at 9am which seemed a little early. Also thought I booked a room with a jacuzzi due to the photo and room selection, but did not end up with one so that was a bummer.

The location, the suite was huge, check in fast stayed an extra night.

The a/c there were 2 one in bedroom and one in living room filters dirty, cold air stopped blowing bathroom smelled like sewage at different times of day/night

This hotel gave me 5 STAR EVERYTHING! It is a beautiful property, friendly staff, huge suite, clean and inviting. Air conditioner worked amazing. I liked EVERYTHING about my stay here and look forward to staying there in the future. Thank you!!!

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't have stayed another day but not because of the hotel because I had to get back home.

I loved how easy the location was to find and how close it was to shopping areas. It had easy access points to the parkway and service road.

The overnight staff wasn't professional. I woke up to roaches all over my room in the middle of the night. I went to alert the frontdesk and was literally handed a bottle of Hot Shot roach spray!!! She didn't even offer to move me to another room.

Very nice, clean, updated hotel.

Bathroom curved shower rod faces downward sum, therefore the curtain didn't stay closed while showering.
