- Our a/c leaked through the bathroom ceiling three times during our 4 day stay. They finally fixed it but it was very inconvenient.
- Disappointing experience at this resort. The food options were appalling looking, causing sickness in 7 of 9 members of our party. Compared to other resorts in the area, the cuisine was subpar, and the entertainment consistently lackluster. Not returning

The staff was awesome, cheerful helpful - went out of their way Location right on the beach Spacious and well manicured grounds - luscious green Guests were fun and friendly Mexican decor and colors Timeshare solicitation was low key
Seaweed was plentiful dump trucks full /workers raking every day. But it didn¿t smell too bad, ocean was swimmable ATM only dispersed US $ and fees were high. Food was nothing to rave about. Very mediocre. Members received more benefits
