- I was charged for items from the mini bar which I did not use. I picked a couple of things up from curiosity but returned them to their place. For some reason I got charged for them. They charge a "resort fee" and then nickel and dime you for everything..

Staff was friendly and helpful.
I was charged for items from the mini bar which I did not use. I picked a couple of things up from curiosity but returned them to their place. For some reason I got charged for them. They charge a "resort fee" and then nickel and dime you for everything..

the front desk and Joey at the pool bar were very helpful and provided great customer service!
The ice machine on the 4th floor did not produce ice.
