Rooms were spacious

Beds weren't that comfortable and the way the shower was set up having no door that closed

Staff very friendly, from front desk, to security, to restaurant personnel. Folks at craps table were sharp, helpful, and joined in the fun.

My room did not get cleaned until late afternoon.

Rooms are good, clean enough. Overall nothing was bad.

Too cold in the lobby and also no hearty food or good breakfast

Staff not too available and at front desk not very accommodating - all she wanted to do was make us pay more for an upgraded room - she said we would need the space but our room was huge! Also didn’t meet my way in advance request for higher floor - was given third floor. Breakfast was not good either and expensive!Pool times - closed too early and opened too late - we could barely use it because of short hours.

The location is perfect for me. Just off the strip, easy to find and easy to park. Staff was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Had a blast in the casino ( won a little $ ). But I'll tell you what most made me smile. The price given to me when I made reservation was the price charged. No hidden fees. Recently I've taken to staying at smaller hotels. Ones without casino because of the cost. And because of the hidden cost. Infuriating to book a room at $65 a night, stay 3 nights and at checkout bill is $425. Never again. I will return to the Palms

Wonderful kind staff. The room was nice and clean. Location was good and I felt safe staying here.

The pool closes too early.

Location is great. A bit away from the strip yet not too far. Their pool is great along w the Laguna bar..

Nothing is included in the room prices that you see only. Not coffee not even complimentary bottles of water that is typical of hotels in this class

We loved that it wasn’t in the strip! The strip is nice, but it was great being away from chaos at night! Was accessible to local shops, food, and facilities. The hotel itself was amazing, staff were great, rooms were clean and was safe!

Great location & facilities. Very clean & well presented. was able to be a-joining rooms for the family. The stay included valet parking which was an excellent service.

There wasn’t any room in the bar fridge for any personal food & drink items for the kids. Coffee, tea & water were not provided. A kettle would have been convenient for us also.

Good location, nice views

Incompetent reception staff, they were forcing us to take two rooms even though only one was booked. The room deposit was taken without my knowledge. Breakfast options were very poor. Soundproofing from neighboring rooms was minimal.
