position of room and outlook onto marina, we were upgraded and then the upgrade had an issue with air conditioning, and we were upgraded again to a beautiful room. front of house staff were very personable and helpful, having options with the pool was nice

no toilet close to the pool we had to walk away from pool to find a toilet and then go back again, ate at restaurant only once, we found it expensive for very small portion of food however it was melt in your mouth and great taste.

Breakfast

Room was hot and uncomfortable due to location of air con. Dinner in the Restaurant was very expensive and not cooked to liking. Blow flies buzzing around while eating, spent most of the time shooing flies from meal.

Great location right next to ferry. Breakfast was excellent.

Ac in room was having a hard time cooling room - it was very warm 2 days we were there.

The view over the Marina was nice. the rooms are spacious and adequate for holiday use. The breakfast was great as well, enough to choose from .

The airco control for the bedrooms was not optimal as it is linked to the living room one. Individual controls would be better in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Did not have the breakfast .cooked in our unit

The boardwalk .menu .was very limited.

It was a great location close to the supermarket, and bus stop. Beautiful local places to go for breakfast lunch or dinner

Next to the ferry port. Nice view, great pool. You need to take a bus if you want to go to the beach or if you want to see the koalas.

The room was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, and kids loved the plunge pool.

There wasn't any floor mats for the back door after using the pool, very slippery. Wasn't enough pool towels for the amount of people staying in the room. And most of all the restaurant for breakfast that was included was absolutely disgusting - with no aircon or fans and all windows/doors were closed and we all sweated so badly and didn't enjoy the meal or time in there at all!

Yummy breakfast, dinners were excellent and staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Having to lift the glass shower door to close it. A bit of maintenance needed on that. Otherwise all was good.

location to everything, helpfulness of all staff and maintenance, coordination of buses, ferry and shuttles back to airport was brilliant. loved how there was a smaller private pool away from the big family size pool. it was perfect for our catch up with friends. staff helped our stay with our friends/ 4 couples as easy and pleasant as possible.

There were a couple of maintenance issues which the staff were quick to rectify for us in our initial room but also relocated us when something wasn't able to be fixed AND with a no fuss attitude. so pleasant.

New and clean

Bathroom doesn’t have door, separating the bed. No lifts in all the buildings making it really impossible for disable people and those with walking disability.

It a prime spot on the Island , close to ferry and buses .

Breakfast, pool, cleanness

The photos are reflective of the venue. We had what was expected, master bedroom enjoyable.

There was no elevator to our room on the second floor and no help was offered to get our stuff up and the instructions were lengthy it would have been nice for a staff member to just show us. For a really nice place, we found the pool area required pool equipment for children to enjoy.

I liked everything about the property

New years Eve service and dinner was wonderful, but New years Day breakfast terrible. For the whole morning there was no scramble eggs- hardly any hot food ready to eat. People standing around looking what to eat. No berries for the Bircher, tables messy after customers leaving as it looked like only one female staff member I think her name was Holly was working very fast in prefer to tidy up. Skinny young fulla all in black walking around slow like he was tired. There was just no urgency in buffet being fresh and full. Very disappointing as the night before was excellent.

The staff. From reception to the restaurant, you were all very warm, welcoming and felt so valued. The apartments were spacious, best views and beautifully designed and decorated. And the food at boardwalk was divine! Amazing location with the best staff, we had the best time despite the non-stop rains.

Wet weather kept us indoors but 3 bedroom apartment didn't have cooking equipment big enough for 6 adults, everything was done in 2 batches since BBQ was locked. We eventually ended up using common area BBQ whilst raining. Not a very nice feeling being locked out of an appliance/facility located inside an apartment you have paid good money for - that is the opposite vibe of "make yourselves feel at home."Probably best not to have it there in the first place if owners don't want guests using it- puts a sour taste to a very beautiful 5-star accommodation, especially when it was needed the most.

Location was great. And we were able to go to and from restaurant without getting wet due to the rain.

The car park downstairs was quite sketchy. A few dusty, broken cars that look like they have been there a while.
