The hotel was a great disappointment. There was no shower door, which caused everything in the bathroom to become soaked when taking a shower. Also, there was a very undesirable odor after the shower was used. Despite the cool temperatures outside, the room was very warm. The air did not work, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
The staff was very friendly.

Stayed here during a military exercise. Made all the difference not having to stay in a 30+ person room being forced to listen to people's BS conversations at all hours of the day and night, not to mention the amount of insufferable lumberjacks (snorers). This hotel was a godsend; despite it being $100 a night, there can be no price on a good night's sleep.
Staff barely spoke english, but I barely speak hangul. Friendly, helpful, as you would expect staff to be.
