We had a delightful stay at Hotel from September 22-30, 2023. The staff warmly accommodated all our requests and even celebrated our special occasions with elegance and charm.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s convenient connection to a large mall with a fantastic grocery store. This made it incredibly easy for us to find anything we needed beyond what the hotel [Link Redacted] hotel even thoughtfully catered to my husband’s dietary restrictions.
Our suite (room 2205) with access to the club lounge was well-appointed. We appreciated the spacious, clean room with stunning views from every window. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, ensuring our suite was immaculate after we returned from each excursion.
I shared my concern with the management regarding the use of small plastic bottles for drinking water. We received at least six disposable plastic bottles daily, creating a significant amount of plastic waste. Many other hotels in Indonesia we recently stayed in have transitioned to glass bottles or provide clean water dispensers in rooms. We hope the hotel considers these eco-friendly approaches.
Additionally, the hotel’s interior, while charming, shows signs of its age, dating back to the early 2000s. The decor and colors reflect this era, and some areas, especially the hallways, could benefit from brighter lighting to enhance the overall ambiance.
