- 10 minutes before we were to arrive we got a text message that we needed to have a $50 cash deposit. Then on day two we had no hot water and the following morning no hot water and we text messaged with no reply

- I had 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms had an electrical issue that we reported where the lights would randomly flicker and was told someone would come to look into it and never came. Also requested housekeeping and only received clean towels once.
