- Bed sheets were filthy filled with crumbs. The floors had not been vacuumed. The shower tub backed up while showering. The sink didn’t drain. There was what looked like fecal matter smeared on the wall next to the toilet.

- 10 minutes before we were to arrive we got a text message that we needed to have a $50 cash deposit. Then on day two we had no hot water and the following morning no hot water and we text messaged with no reply
