Breakfast not as good as it was 2 to 3 years ago. Coffee machine may not have been working as well as it should have. However and importantly the staff were first class and very competent. Overall; great value for money.

We have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years.The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful when needed.The room is clean and comfortable as is the bathroom.The bed is also very comfortable and clean.It has a nice restaurant and the food is very good. The breakfasts have a lot of choice.

Located in the industrial estate on the outskirts, but dont let this put you off.... very convenient for town centre and road network. Staff friendly, very clean accomodation, good size room. Comfy bed, good breakfast. need to update to smart TV to enable Netflix etc.

Poor value for money compared with other options. Not good at dealing with my gluten free requirements despite giving prior warming by email.

Air con not working, reported but not actioned. Reception under staffed, one person unable to cope. Restaurant closed.Two tatty rough towels. No tea/coffee in rooms.Very poor value for money compared to Campanile.

The hotel is located in the industrial zone. So if you stay there, you either miss out on the town of Pontarlier or you have to walk at leas 3 km.

I gave this score as the Hotel and Staff were excellent. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was comfy and we were allowed to book in early. The bathroom was clean and the shower was at a very good pressure.

Very basic, Saturday and no restaurant, staff appeared to prefer being outside with a cigarette and talking with friends.

Rooms are comfortable, and very clean. The staff were all great, very helpful and relaxed. Breakfast has a good selection even though I was quite late, and a member of staff offered to provide fresh scrambled egg.The only downside is that the plumbing is noisy and I could hear noise from bathroom. Loacted on the border at Pontarlier I will use this stop again.

Great location near many restaurants etc and a super market in easy walking distance. You can buy breakfast at the hotel or save a bit and walk to the boulangerie where they serve coffee and OJ or buy from the supermarket which is closer. Friendly staff, clean a bit basic but comfortable and quiet. We were on a motorbike and found it save enough to park in tte hotel car park. We would stay there again is is a good base to explore from.

You could access the car park easy from the budget IBIS who’s gates were always open and the fencing didn’t go all the way around the car park.

I asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room with what sounded like a door banging going on all night. Every two to three minutes it was a triple bang, like a door being opened and then bouncing shut. I don't know what was causing the noise. I had no sleep whatsoever. On top of that, I was on an extremely busy road with air conditioning units outside the window. The location was appalling, basically well out of town and in the middle of an industrial estate. The whole hotel smelt of smoke and my room smelt so smoky that it made me feel sick all night. The air conditioning didn't work. You couldn't function it yourself, You had to go down to reception for them to adjust it. Floor did not look clean, The bed was not comfortable, The pillows were awful. We paid for dinner ( we arrived on a Sunday) but were sent an e-mail saying that dinner was only served on a Monday to Saturday. We paid for breakfast but when I went down to breakfast, flies were crawling on absolutely everything. It was totally disgusting and I didn't eat anything. I complained to the staff but I was told they could not deal with my complaint as we had booked through booking.com. I spoke to booking.com who were very helpful, whilst I was in the hotel. They told me they spoke to senior management who refused to accept any of my complaints. I am not sure how because they could have walked out to the breakfast area at that moment and seen the whole thing crawling in flies. This was honestly the worst hotel stay I have ever endured in the whole of my travelling experience. The hotel agreed to refund our dinner costs, having initially denied that the e-mail was sent and having said to us that food was available on a Sunday when we had previously been told it was not and so we had stopped to eat on the way. The staff were not overly helpful. I could not change rooms because apparently the hotel was full. Shocking experience.

Qualified stuff in the morning, in the afternoon not so much. Poor breakfast. Cigarette smell in the room. High price considering compared to standard. Just outside my room parking-I could see people walking, probably they saw me too...
