Excellent location and nice choice of restaurants at the hotel. The Cirque de Soleil show at the hotel is a nice bonus.
The view from our balcony overlooking the HVAC units wasn’t our idea of a balcony with a city view.

Easy access to town and parking with ease.
It was good, air conditioning needs updating. Room stayed only at a cool mid 70’s.. but no cooler.

Rooms clean. Our room had decent view. Staff helpful
Pool too small for the number of rooms.Noise from shopping centre and sports bar below was loud and didn’t provide the rest and relation I was hoping for.

Great location, clean and excellent views. Our service maid, Zhi Yi was the most friendliest, appreciative lady. Loved seeing her smile every morning and having a chat.
The escalators were under maintenance a lot and the breakfast was inconsistent.

Location is excellent. Right in centre of Waikiki. ABC stores everywhere, beach virtually across the road. Wouldn't find a better location right in Waikiki. Rooms are nice although amenities are basic. Restaurants are everywhere and so much choice, although expensive. Staff pleasant and housekeeping lovely although some days hit and miss.
Pool area is small for size of the hotel. We didnt have a kettle (had a coffee machine) but asked Housekeeping and they brought one up. Amenities are basic.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and tidy
Extremely noisy, even at night trying to sleepThere is no complimentary water in the room, which I find is standard in hotels with this star rating. Staff were "fake" friendly. Gigantic difference when compared to other islands as Bali. The pool was super crowded. There was no breakfast dining area, which you sort of expect at this price point. There was only a Cafe style breakfast area, and you had to line up to order. If you are a couple and want a relaxing holiday, don't come here as it's super noisy with kids running around everywhere.

Clean, central location, pool & spa available, cafe.
Gym was way too small and hardly any equipment. Spa was small so always too crowded.
