The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Check in process was virtual but keys are not assigned. You receive a text and have to wait. The system wasn’t working when I was there and no one informed me until I asked after waiting 2+ hours.

Great location to things on the strip and the rooms were really clean. I also felt really safe with having to use your room key to get onto the floors

the quality of the food was great (although severely overpriced)

they allow people to smoke in the lobby & the charge $300 for day beds at the extremely lackluster pool

Room not vacuumed. So much hair on floor in bathroom. Night stand not even wiped down.

We ended up getting eaten up by bed bugs, filed a report and never got compensated for our room

just something happened on our second day of staying, the service completely forgot to clean our room, we didn´t complain about it because we had a great experience at the hotel.

The room I booked was what I was given. Excellent suite facing the fountain, offering a view of the entire strip and the city. Non-smoking.

The customer service was excellent, the call stars were the kindest.

Nice casino

They "upgraded" us to a fully accessible room but, the shower lip was broken and water would go everywhere.

Location and amenities (bars, pools, etc)

Our room had a very strong fragrance smell (glade plug-in on steroids!). Housekeeping tried to neutralize the smell but no change was noticed. Very overpowering smell.

The room was nice, and the balcony was cool

Tattered cushions on the outdoor furniture, torn and badly worn sheer drapes, burned out light in the closet. Their "club" was too loud to sleep and staff offered ear plugs and white noise fans. A sad commentary on where they see the value of guests.

The rooms are soooo dark. And there is no way to have coffee in room you have to trek across the casino and wait in a huge line!

The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel casino, food services, and bars were outstanding

I wish they asked me to stay longer

I loved how fancy it was untill the rooms snd theyre not so fancy

We had shower problems and our water kept backing up so I called front desk and nothing ever happened and when I checked out I complained about problem and the guy said I would get money back and they would drop the resort fees but they never came thru

The elevators ruined the trip. It took 20-30 minutes to catch an elevator up or down.

The location

Elevators waiting time way too long. No check in notification received. Bathroom looked cheap for the price of the room

Close to many places we wanted to visit. We upgraded to a larger room and the balcony view was great.

Sewer gas smell in room was not addressed by facilities. The front desk was accommodating though when we addressed it at check out.

Location and Restaurant

Upon arrival at the reception and the gate staff, the reception staff's behavior is very bad and uncooperative. Everyone just wants to take money. The guest or customer is only looked at for his money and not for his service as a hotel guest.
