Nice hotel, room was great and the bed was comfortable

The staff at the front desk provided different answers and there was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the reservation and the benefits that came with the booking reservation.

My hotel bathtub and the shower was not clean. Ball of hair was left in the shower.

Fire alarm unexpectedly on Friday morning.

The one thing I love most about The Cosmo is its location! It’s right on the strip and if you stay in The Chelsea building, get a terrace view! It’s so good! Parking was easy, for the most part. One thing I was afraid of was the check in. I heard the line is horrendous. We downloaded the MGM rewards app, linked our reservation, and were able to check in online. The room key is digital one in the app. I loved this convenience. I can say that I did witness the check in line and it was pretty long. So if you don’t use the app, be prepared. I do wish it had more small storefronts where you can get simple snacks and bottled drinks/soda. I love the link that connects The Cosmo to The Bellagio, Aria, and Vdara. It’s a literal 5 min walk to the Bellagio Conservatory from our room. We stayed on the 31st floor. I would recommend a room on the 40 or 50th floors as you may get a better view of the Sphere from the balcony. There is also a Starbucks and you can order ahead on the app which is so great! If you’re going for a game/concert at Allegiant Stadium, stay at Mandalay Bay. We went to the Shark Reef Aquarium at 1400 and when we were done, it was a 24 min walk from the Aquarium to Allegiant. If you are leaving from the front of Mandalay, it’s be even shorter. AND it’s a straight shot. The uber pick up and drop off location is easy to find.

Nothing really. The doors are super heavy to open but over all, great experience.

Hotel and facilities and location are great. Some nice places to eat and good bars and clubs. Easy access to other hotels.

Rooms were a bit tatty in places and have not been well maintained since I last went 8 years ago. I was there for 3 nights and they only cleaned my room once AFTER I called them to do it. I was out of my room for several hours on most days so they had the opportunity to do this.

It is a good hotel

Under staffed at check-in. I had to wait 1.5 hrs in line. The line had more than 80-90 guests. I arrived at 10pm. It was extremely annoying. They should do a much better job at staffing.

Hotel was lovely and great location

I was extremely disappointed with losing an item and the staffs lack of assistance. I left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the room and I contacted the hotel no more than 15 minutes after checking out. I stated exactly the type of sunglasses and where they were left sitting. I received response to say “couldn’t be found”, leaving me to believe someone within the hotel has either been dishonest or not bothered to go and look.

Balcony view amazing. Location excellent.

Check out was appalling. Cleanliness want good. No coffee making in the room meant a long walk first thing. No complimentary water or complimentary anything!

Very nice hotel, property is well kept. Great choices of restaurants.
