No elevator. Room had only one very small window. It was like being in a storage room. Bedding was stained and towels had holes. Hotel lobby was a pizza restaurant. Very strange. No way on earth that is a 3 star hotel. More like 1/2 star.

Location was great. 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. They held our luggage til checkin. Free wifi was good.

Towels were not great condition.

The pictures on the web site do not accurately represent the hotel.The site says the rooms have city views, but the double rooms are on an air shaft.The bathroom light didn't stay on. The bathroom faucets were hard to control.The TV did not work.

Its located near amsterdam centraal station. Its the benefit.

The heater didnt work, so the room so cold.The access to the room so difficult, small, and no lift.

Good location, close to the train station and the best amenities.

We stayed for 3 nights and they just change the towels, thet didnt clean the room.

Location to Centraal Station

The reception is located in the bakery next door, which took me a while to figure out. The stairs leading to the rooms are extremely steep, and the handrail was very dusty. Carrying my luggage up was not easy. The room itself is very small and overcrowded with furniture. It was also a noisy night, with people coming in and out and having fun in other rooms — all of which was easily heard from my assigned bedroom

The customer service was excellent and the host was very transparent about everything. The location is also very excellent and good walking distance to Amsterdam central and the Metro.

The description of the space is true but I was still not prepared for exactly how tiny the room was. The stairs are also very hard to navigate with large suitcases going up and down as the space does not have a lift or anyone to assist you with your bags.

To be honest nothing much to be liked

First there is no elevator or at least someone to help you carrying the luggage upstairs, the stairs so narrow and difficult, also no good place to leave luggage after checking out for some time, the place they offer is the goods warehouse and also downstairs, the place is noisy anyone go out the room can be heard by all, when any door beside you opened you feel like it’s your room door that opens

Great Location in the Heart of AmsterdamI stayed in this hotel for two nights on a quick Amsterdam visit, and the location was absolutely unbeatable—right in the center of everything. For anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action, this place is perfect.Now, the hotel is in an older building and it’s a bit on the rundown side, so don’t expect luxury. But it was clean, the shower was fantastic, and the bathroom was nice. Basically, you get what you pay for, and for the price, it was definitely worth it.The hotel was pretty quiet, everyone there was pleasant, and while it’s not a fancy place, it’s a solid, convenient spot for a short stay. I’d stay here again for the location alone!

What I liked was the privileged location—it’s just a few steps from Amsterdam Central Station, the Red Light District, and all the main tourist attractions. The reception offers 24-hour service and they allow you to store your luggage before and after check-in. The staff members are super friendly.

I felt the room offered poor value for the price I paid. The lack of basic comforts was noticeable; I didn't even receive a bottle of water, and a standard Nespresso-style coffee machine (common in European hotels) was missing. The entire facility and the room itself are not historic; they are just old, rundown, and unsightly, with several items being damaged.

Location was very convenient, it was close to central station. Price was reasonable.

There was no elevator so had to haul our luggage up the narrow stairs. The wifi was extremely slow and unuseable most of the time, had to use celluar data. The windows did not block out the noise from the road directly in front of the hotel, and we were woken up by car horns and loud revving engines throughout the night. No air conditioning. The nightstand light on one of the beds was completely broken. Had to book a new separate hotel after the first night for the rest of the family to stay in as they wouldn't stay in this one any more nights.

The location was perfect, only 10minutes walk from the centeral station

The location is excellent. Very close to Amsterdam Central.

The room was very small. Very old with a lot of things needing fixing. The towel rack was falling off the bathroom wall. The door handle on the bathroom door was removable. The are also very steep stairs, therefore if you have any mobility issues, this place is not for you.

The hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room met all the requirements.

That the television signal was not working, and the refrigerator was not connected.

Mold, rats, rude staff

The room in Amsterdam was located well and it was great to be able to walk around, with beautiful canals right next to the hotel. They let us store our bags in the restaurant downstairs attached to the hotel and it was very convenient.

The room was clean, however the shower had black mold all over it.

Location was great, you definitely get what you pay for. It's fairly basic but no legitimate complaints. Beds were.comfortableStaff very nice

A little inefficient that you need to show the staff you key for them to unlock the front door..the key you are given only works for your room.No AC
