We got it for a reasonable price walking distance to shops and restaurants also walking distance to beach.

The a/c worked best. Beds were twins and not queen size as expected.

No food service, no restaurant.

I did appreciate how close the hotel was to shopping areas as well as the beach.

You can clearly tell that there were roaches in the room before as I saw a giant roach in between the windows and parts on the alarm clock. The carpet did have a lot of wear and tear, with a lot of random dark spots.

Great people. Had free water to drink every day. Parking garage was very convenient.

The bathroom has window slats it?s AWFUL laying in bed you can peak in / hear EVERYTHING little close for comfort

Very noisy! I needed rest, expressed this to management, put me next to a raging party next door. Noise from pool was insane, kids screaming non stop. Original hotel was lovely, now this timeshare vibe has killed this hotel!

Size of the room and view. Clean room.

Daily parking charge. Last minute resort fee at the hotel. We were locked out of room for almost couple of hours in the night around 10PM as the entry device battery is dead. They could not figure out for 2-3 hours.

They gave me a room upgrade without me aaking

The food from the poolside bar was cold and subpar

We already paid full price online when we booked our room. However, the guy at the fun desk charged us $148 extra. We asked him what was this charge is for. Instead of explaining what this was, he tried to cancel our reservation.

4 star rated hotel. upon arrival, informed of having to pay resort fees and other fees. No house cleaning services, no restaurant for any room service. required to freshen up room ourselves, change sheets. request towels, dump our own garbage.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Not too far from restarants and the beach. Everything was in walking distance.

The bed was very low to the ground, not comfortable at all.

The room is very clean and spacious

There is no housekeeping during your stay the only time they clean your room is after you checkout. They were really stingy with toilet paper and towels. We had to ask a couple of times for more toilet paper.

Towels in the rooms were on a wooden table under the sink and smelled like they were in a wooden closet for months. Room above us kept dragging a chair all day n nights! 630am help staff protesting at pool w megaphones we asked for late chkout n denied

Everyone was friendly and the location was fairly close to everything we needed.

They have not hired back the local employees who use to do the daily cleaning. The locals had a rally explaining that other hotels have daily cleaning yet this one has not hired back their workers. It saddens me that they have yet to get their jobs back!!
