The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a weird smell on the 2nd floor. They had a bunch of air purifiers so it seems they were aware but they weren’t doing what they thought they were. The smell was still pretty strong. Also the curtains in my room didn’t close all the way and the bathroom walls had a lot of scuffs and damage.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Great location close to airport.

The employees were all very nice. Front desk check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good. Hotel Bedroom and bathroom area seemed clean.

Smelt like weed/skunk. Facility had ozone machines all over. Limited parking lot. I understand that can’t be helped. Room had very dusty walls,you could see the cake on dust in the air vents and on like the wall fire alarm system.

The night & day staff were very friendly & attentive, rooms clean and confi, shower with soap, shampoo & conditioner, clean pool, good hot breakfast, refreshing water with fruit & lemon by the waiting area, hot water & coffee at all times. I really liked this hotel.

Well-appointed room, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and the gentleman the front desk was super helpful in making our stay away from the university campus doable and pleasant.

The sofa-bed was not very comfortable, and I needed extra pillows.

The rooms were very clean. Well stocked.

Location left alot to he desired. The hotel next door had alot of vagrant around the parking lot, however the staff assured me they had cameras everywhere and on-site staff 24 hours. All went well.

It was just average hotel that was well maintained so it was pretty good.

The room looked kind of weird but we had everything we needed and it was clean so it didn't matter.

My room smelled of mold and sewage. No amount of cleaning or air freshener could fix that problem. Staff was rudely shutting down the breakfast while people were still getting food. One lady was making waffles and the staff took the batter dispenser while she was filling a cup of batter. Like, you’re literally throwing that food away. Let the guests eat.
