Older male receptionist and his grey haired partner so unhelpful. Did not even try to assist at any
Staff apart from 2 were excellent.
No hot water in the shower for 4 days. Never came to fix it despite being reported.
Unacceptable.
Told by male receptionist that there was no Wi-Fi and he didn’t know the password. Welcome to the 1970s

Overall it was fine.
It was very disappointing that the breakfast started serving at 8am. As a group of golfers we needed to be on the road early to get to courses so this was inconvenient.
Service during lunch and some afternoons was insufficiently staffed leading to long waits to be served. In fact one afternoon we actually left and went external as we were ignored for over 40 minutes.
