Not as expected
Center of the city, nice sea view. Very close to the shops, to the sea. Good air-conditioning. Very close to everything
The balcony has a nice sea view but it is located just above a taverna which is extremely noisy. Even with the closed balcony doors you hear people shouting and eating all the time till very late (till 4am during the weekend). If you don't have a very sensitive sleep, it won't bother you maybe.
Also, the kitchen wasn't working, it was closed. It wasn't mentioned anyway and when you plan to cook all the time that's not a good surprise at all.
