Housekeeping only serviced room twice. Long time Hilton Honors member but did not feel the benefit

Room was excellent, breakfast many options, adequate seating, parking adequate, front desk very helpful

The hotel was friendly and the room was clean and neat. However, the suite that we paid for was not what we received. The explanation was someone from the staff earlier had extended our suite which was handicapped to someone else. Very disappointed.

The handicap suite that was supposed to be ours was to be a handicap,rolliin shower with with a pulldown handheld showerhead. This suite was given to another couple prior to our check-in. Very disappointing.

Most of the hotel was full, i requested a room on a more quiet floor. The front desk attendant recommended the 1st floor, I was directly across from the pool and it was as quiet as it could be. Breakfast is always hot and fresh.

The chair in the room is a foot off the floor, not senior friendly when trying to get up off chair! The hallways in hotel are kept so cold, you need a parka when you leave room!

Hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming. Hotel employee is fast checking u in even when there is a line, friendly, and courteous and makes sure your questions are answered!

Convenient

The room darkening shade was broken when we checked in. Informed manager on duty, but unfortunately the maintenance man was done for the day. As a result, the room was very bright thru the night, making it hard to get some sleep.

when we tried to rebook we were denied the discount offered via email for being a VIP. why offer a discount like 5% when you are not able to use. Please explain why?

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast. Staff was very nice and responsive. Had a snack bar for purchase.

NOthing. It was overpriced and a simple motel masquerading as something grander.

I was charged an outrageous amount ($---) for what amounted to an ordinary room. The owners obviously have decided to focus on near-term profitability over building a relationship with their customers. I will never again stay in a Hampton room.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel is nice and well-maintained. Desk area in our suite was perfect for setting up to work. Internet was good without an upcharge. Walking distance to the hospital. Several restaurants nearby

We got a double queen suite which was spacious, however, the mini fridge did not have a freezer and couch had no coffee table and you could not watch tv from it. Suites typically have a more functional seating area. That was a negative for us.

I have tried several different hotels in the area but this was one of the best.

There was a hot tub in the pool area but it was cemented and covered. Showers only in the rooms but the floor of the shower locked like the used to be a tub installed.

I love the cleanliness the aroma and the spaciousness of the hotel.

Very friendly front desk staff! I came with my two very tired young children after a long day on the beach. Check in process was extra smooth and we were even given complimentary bottles of water!

The front desk was extremely friendly as well as helpful. Much appreciated to be greeted by someone who is warm and who doesn't act like a robot
