Bad WiFi signal, mediocre breakfast and quite a dated feel to everything

Our room was clean.

So many things. Our shower head leaked from the connection toilet wobbled the public toilet wobbles the tv didn’t work so my son had to check it and the wires were wired wrong. The hot tub was broke and that was the biggest reason I wanted to stay at this hotel. I spent HOURS looking for the perfect hotel with a hot tub and we got there and it was broke. I’ve been ill for 3 yrs so haven’t been able to take baths or get in pools exc and now that I can I couldn’t. The place is being redone so that’s nice. The floor in 331 was uneven. The window (mind you it’s on the top floor) opened all the way up. The staff was nice.

Room was dusty in places, especially the shower head and top of dressers. Shower head was too low and not easy to adjust. Breakfast was okay.

Spacious room. Very ample variety of breakfast food.

Thw sliding barn door for the bathroom would not have been my first choice for a door.

Size and layout of the king bedroom suite. The provided amenities were nice. Room was pretty clean and smelled good. The layout of the hotel is very convenient for guests.

All Employees including management needs training in hospitality. I was charged twice for an upgrade and when I asked front desk about it, at first I was told "they do that" then management stepped in and started with an attitude as if I was in the wrong until she realized it was a hotel/employee error. Was fixed but definitely could have been handled more hospitable and made me rethink returning for future stays. The room itself had some ceiling bubbled up like a leak was building up and looked painted over. The shower looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned (scrubbing bubbles works wonders).

The hotel location was great. Put me 10 minutes from every place I needed to be.

My stay was problematic due to a family fight occurring down the hall. The staff did nothing to ensure the safety of the residents. Several people reported the incident the next morning, but the staff was dismissive and asked what they expected them to do about the situation. Some families checked out early because they no longer felt safe.Later that night, when I returned, there was commotion from the same room, this time spilling into the hallway. I called the front desk and asked them to contact the police, but they refused. Some other guests and I decided to call the police ourselves, but by the time they arrived, the commotion had subsided, as the people involved had gotten what they wanted and left. This disturbance continued for three more nights at random times during my stay. Parking was available, but you had to be in before it opened. Then you had to park further away from the hotel.

When booking I ALWAYS look at Price and the reviews, trying to figure out who’s is true and who’s is over exaggerated. I stayed in Indianapolis for a WGI competition. The price was amazing, since I only needed a bed and would not be in the room and the reviews were overall pretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and my initial thoughts were that it was clean and pretty up to date. Our room was nice with two beds that were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I saw another complaint about weed smell. There was a faint scent in the hallways, however with smoking legalized if they were smoke in their car it would follow them into the hotel. There is a pool and hot tub. The pool was like bath water, not freezing cold like most hotels and the hot tub was just a little warmer, not scorching, how I like it, assuming to protect the kids that always go into the hot tub. Breakfast was good was it the largest I’ve ever had at a hotel, no; but it was hot and filled. Eggs, sausage (no bacon, sorry if this is a deal breaker for you), waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, toast and cereal. Someone spilled their dry cereal and the workers were quick to clean it up. I guess my only critique would be to be a little more on top of the tables and counters, but it was busy and the food and coffee were full every time we went up. Again the staff at check out was very courteous and helpful. GREAT LOCATION close to the highway

Our room was nice with two beds, a barn door on the bathroom and a mini fridge. I quickly understand another complaint. Our bathroom door did not stay closed on its own. When shut it would slowly, but quickly slide open. That’s not convenient when you have to go to the bathroom, especially #2. We figured out quickly why the garbage can was by the door, to hold it closed. The mini fridge door got stuck on the floor, I’m assuming the floor was not level and that is why the barn door would not stay shut. The heat would not kick on, it just kept blowing cold air. It took me playing with it to get it to actually turn on, turning the heat all the way up slowly to its highest setting. When we finally got to bed, they were comfortable and plenty of pillows. I wish there was an extra blanket in the room but I was already in my pjs and didn’t want to change again to go downstairs, that’s a me problem. I’m sure they have extra blankets and would have been happy to give me one.

Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Very loud, was unable to rest with constant slamming of doors. No clean pool towels, just a giant wet pile of used towels. Whirlpool didn't work.It was extremely crowded at breakfast and the waffle mix was empty. Limited choices for vegetarians. There is a sign posted behind the front desk that check out is at 12pm and I told the front desk we would not be checking out until that time. We even had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door yet housekeeping walked in on me while I was changing at 11:15am. They did not even knock. This was extremely bothersome.

The location of this hotel is great! The staff is very nice and helpful. Check in is easy. Room was clean and ready for us.

The room was perfect, no problems. Breakfast tasted great, good selection of foods.
