Pros +
- Very clean. Decorated very nicely. Room was beautiful. Pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was great. Most of the staff went above and beyond. Very polite.

Cons -
- The front desk worker from Saturday night was rude. We also ran out of pool towels we asked her for some she said she would run and grab some. We waited 40min before just walking to our room dripping wet with our kids. There was tons of people waiting
- The pool was closed for renovation.The parking lot and sidewalks were not cleared of snow at all to the point it was dangerous.The heating/ac system sucked.If you wanted it below 72 the ac kicked on.Neither usb-c ports in the room worked.
- Musty and smoky room. Bathroom sink wouldn’t turn on. Tv didnt work.
