Too strict, advertised as adult only but wasn’t, too big, food was horrible, false advertising about complimentary services (massage and airport shuttle). Seaweed everywhere so no beach access.

The staff and rooms were good.

The food was not good. No flavor, quality was not as good as we expected. Restaurants have to be booked days in advance so you are stuck eating the buffet that is not good.

Staff

Hotel is under major construction so wouldn't have booked if I knew. A lot of restaurants were closed and the food was bland. The a la cart restaurant food wasn't good and didn't have dishes that's on their menu. My section pool was dirty. Wouldn't book

They charge me extra because my son 14 and they consider him as a adult. Toilet seat was broken.

The hotel is too hot. They need more fans. I would like a coffee bar with pastries 24/7. The food was disappointing. Please learn good dishes and prepare it well. The pastries esp the tiramisu it was more jello than cake.

The resort is clean, bright and spacious with amazing food, amazing greenery and beautiful design inside and out. I appreciate the friendly and hardworking staff at the bars and buffet restaurants, as well as the helpful concierge and housekeeping teams.

I would love to see rooms with plunge pools in the updated version of the hotel.

The resort is beautiful and the wildlife is amaxing

The food wasn?t spectacular and a lot of times you would be done your meal by the time a server would come up to get drinks

The whole area is the best, size, open area, beach

Amenities and staff! The pool and room was AMAZING and service was top notch.

Having to order seasonings on the side for any kind of flavor, but I understand they are catering to a lot of allergies and pallets. Having some more locally inspired dishes at each restaurant would be nice.

The employees are awesome and very helpful. They remember your name and go out of their way for you.

The food in the buffets was generally cold. The hotel has taken away the VIP program for loyal returning guests and that is a disservice to those of us who have been multiple times to the resort. The new management does not take loyalty seriously.

Large size, cleanliness

Restaurants (ambience, reservation system, lack of flexibility, food choices, quality), lack of coffee & pastry shop

Lots of pools and swim-up bars for the adults. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade around the pools - although we were there during the slow season. The restaurants were a pleasant change from the cafeteria, and the evening events/shows were very nice.

A lot of walking - the room shuttles need to run more often when the cafeteria is open.....

Never needed to leave the hotel

When my wallet got stolen the employees didn?t seem to care and blamed it on the animals like they do everything else ..

This hotel has TONs of these monkey racoon looking animals that are EVERYWHERE and when I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE! They jump on the beach chairs,pool chairs, they jump into the trash cans for food they will grab anything you have out. HORRIBLE

The resort is cute swimming pool. Great people like housekeeping waiters waitresses the ones giving you a ride or receiving people

Front desk and concierge were the worse. Dirty beach is divided for regular and platinum people. They charge a fee and beach was not even clean if you happen to get a tour outside the hotel you have to walk to de outside so you can be picked up

Great Staff. Food was really good. Grounds and room were clean. We had a birthday dinner that was set up by the pool, with the Asian food, birthday cake, and a show after we ate.

The drinks were a bit weak at the standard all inclusive bars.

Location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the beach with palm trees! Bar at the beach. Beautiful pool throughout the resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food and food quality wasnt the best, especially the meats and the seafood. I wouldve expected more of a variety.

Horrible experience. The staff and concierge were always gone when we needed them. The door lock kept locking us out and it wasn't a key issue it was the door issue and yet, they never fixed it and told us to just change rooms (to a lesser quality room)

There was a Taco stand open by the pools until 6 pm that saved my life. Nothing besides that was good.

The service by the staff was awful.The rooms were not clean or modern and the buffet food WAS DISGUSTING. I booked an excursion, I was lied to about distance to the destintation, and activities offered. The shuttle drives by you SMH
