- Difficulty in locating Ride Share sites and when leaving I requested a cab and they put me in a limo what a rip-off
- Most of my interactions with the staff was unpleasant. People seem very unhappy to work there and they take it out on guests. The women who swiped my card at check-in, the women bartender at the check in valet staff. All rude and unpleasant.

The pool
