The hotel looks amazing, very clean, extremely nice and well equipped rooms with nice view, big bathroom and nice furniture. Well located with all you need at hand.

Central location, great choice of restaurants, good gym
Room was not completely clean upon arrival. Lots of hair on the floor. The cleaning staff did not clean room twice in a four night stay. Had to call and get room cleaned at 7pm. They gave 100$ off one night at the second complaint.

The hotel was amazing and we enjoyed the view , the staff was very welcoming and the location was great. Easy to get transportation.
We had trouble using the special features that initially intrigued us to book, the tablet did not work at all the switches for the curtains were not responsive, the light switches were confusing to use and would only turn on certain lights. We requested the room be serviced and even called housekeeping to arrange and there was no answer. our room was not cleaned for our whole stay no clean towels or sheets or trashed taken out.

Rooms were spacious and beds really comfortable. Well equipped gym and plenty of good eating options
It would be a welcome addition to have a coffee machine or kettle in the room,especially when the queue in the morning for a coffee was always long.

Very quick check-in, great room, simple check-out. Even allowed us extra hour on check-out time. Central location.
Queues for breakfast at Patisserie, and Starbucks.

Great resort, not too big, has everything, high end.
Booking.com is considered “yet another 3rd party vendor” for the resort so by default you’ll get the less favorable rooms (eg 3rd floor out of 60)Next time i’d definitely book directly.
