- The casino/restaurants/location
- I was looking for my family and friends, I was not able to get to them as they were on another floor a staff member helped us. It made our stay a wonderful expierence which is anyone in our shoes would have wanted done for them. Kindnes changes the vibe.

- The Young lady at the front desk could have smiled, she was just to the point.
- Nazi staff that sent 4 person security teams to our room 3x in 45 mins while simply trying to clear up a clerical banking issue. We were intimidated and not listened to at all
