Rooms were dirty, just slept there and left, no shower, breakfast was toast and cereal. We go thru Plainview frequently grandkids at Ft Hood. We put this on our not to stay list.

Shower tile cracked, toilet tank lid cracked, caulking around bathtub missing, tub bottom stained badly, towel rack by shower missing, washcloth rack by sink missing. I have pictures of everything. No one was monitoring the breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel stay was an average stay for the exception of the front desk staff . She was rude and condescending when we checked in and out of the hotel. However the housekeeping staff was friendly which we appreciated.

Rooms were dirty, just slept there and left, no shower, breakfast was toast and cereal. We go thru Plainview frequently grandkids at Ft Hood. We put this on our not to stay list.

Front Desk was very helpful and understanding.

Unbelievable that this is a 1 star when it was at least be a 3 star experience!

The parking was a tight fit but covered right next to the room.

The clerk at the front desk was very nice. A fairly good deal for the money.
