Great place
The decor is adorable!
I love that this motel is owned and operated by local people, NOT a big chain. The motel has quaint charm. The room was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We will stay there every time we visit Levelland.

Cons -

No hot water, no water pressure. Walls are apparently paper thin. Next room played TV LOUD till midnight. It was a murder mystery. Started up again at 6am with Good Morning America. No sleep for me Â¿Â¿
When we first arrived and went into our room, it was cold. Outside temperature was low 30s. After turning the heating unit on, it wasn't getting warm. The receptionist was VERY apologetic. She gave us the room right next door - it was very comfortable!
television reception was not very good.

Newly renovated. Wood floor, great bed, nice towels, frig., microwave, coffee pot, tv, AC. Very nice! All one level. Park right outside your door.Did not hear rooms on either side. Loved having a key instead of magnetic card.

television reception was not very good.
