- The hotel was in a great location from the venue we were going to. The breakfast was okay. We can tell it is older and needs a little updating.
- Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons -
- Shower tile cracked, toilet tank lid cracked, caulking around bathtub missing, tub bottom stained badly, towel rack by shower missing, washcloth rack by sink missing. I have pictures of everything. No one was monitoring the breakfast.
- The ac seems to take a bit to make it cool, but was great when it finally cool.
- Bathroom had empty sunflower seed shells on the floor, furniture (chairs) had some unknown substance on the seats and arms, the room felt unclean overall. Since we had two nights there, I purchased Clorox wipes to wipe everything down.
