The location was okay and it was quiet enough. It’s near the center, specially if you use a car.

Very basic hotel for a pit stop, so worked well. The staff were fantastic though and I really appreciated having access to a bar and food in the evening after a long travel day.

Just very basic - nothing to complain about.

The hotel itself was good.

Booked a double room with breakfast via booking.com for a final price of 141.80 Eur. I was charged 164.60 Eur at check in. When I noticed this some time later I returned to reception and was told that 2 additional breakfasts had been added. A simple matter of a refund I thought, but no, the guy behind the desk could not do a refund and it was up to me to email his boss to report this mistake. Still waiting for a reply, 4 days later. Third time we have stayed at this hotel, we won't be going back to any Sure hotel if this is how they operate.

Nice clean rooms, although on the small size

Breakfast was a bit disappointing: not enough staff to handle the guests and ensure there were enough plates, utensils and napkins available. Had a long wait until dishes were washed so that we could serve ourselves some food,luckily we were not in a hurry to leave.

Great for a stop over, easy to get back to the highway

Everything was clean and operational. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Good deal for the price. Free parking. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

Overpriced breakfast.

The family room was great with bunk beds for the kids. The shower was excellent. The hotel also was air conditioned. Appreciated the early start to breakfast as we were heading to the airport in the morning. The location was not central but suited our needs.

The master bed was small.

Shower door opens inwards and doesn't leave room to get into the shower.

AC does not work. Room very hot .No shampoo . One tiny soap bar .Bed not comfortable and soft . Very noisy

Location is convenient if you are with a car, with many things in short driving distance. The rate for quality aligns - you get what you pay for. I think it's a perfect stopover hotel. It is clean and the staff is nice. It is a bit outside of the city center, but there is plenty of parking (free).

Walls are extremely thin - so you hear everything and the rooms are very small. I would not recommend to stay for more than 1 -2 nights.

Nice hotel close to Reims

nice hotel close to a shopping mall and 15 min drive to Reims city center. Good breakfast, secured parking was a big plus.

We love staying here on our way back to London, value for money is excellent and all staff is so friendly and professional. It is also great if you have a dog, as hotel is dog friendly and there is a park just behind

Good budget hotel which I've used in the past when travelling to and from Italy from the UK. Staff are friendly and helpful and you can get a beer and pizza which is most welcomed after a long drive. Secure parking.

The hotel is starting to look a bit worn. Stains on carpet on the second floor landing, shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (room 210) due to a worn seal at the bottom of the shower door (had obviously been like that for some time), missing cover on one of the wall sockets.

the rooms are well decorated and renovated to a high standard. tv has casting ability which is unique and we enjoyed that. 10 mins to get to reims which is great.

The beds were comfortable and clean

The toilet seat was split so when my child sat on it, it pinched her skin which gave her a large blood blister.The phone base in the room was mounted to the wall but the phone handle would just slip off which meant the phone just beeped all night keeping us up. The car chargers in the car park weren’t working and we asked the hotel for help and they said it was nothing to do with them. This meant we had to go on car charger hunt and ended up missing our dinner reservation.

Check in, the room and the comfortable bed were all highlights for this visit. I would recommend this Hotel if travelling and need to stop off for a break.

It was difficult to find as the area address code is incorrect took us to the other end of Troyes. We finally found our way using google. Luckily as you get near, there are plenty of direction signs.
