it was a fantastic experience staying in this hotel and we felt greatly welcomed and touched by the awesome services from the staff there. During the stay, my kid had a fever and we got the help from hotel employees. Special thanks goes to them.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be in a quiet town. Having access to the sauna, magnesium bath, and cold plunge was great. The staff were all very friendly, and it felt like coming home every time we got back from our daily jaunts. Service was always prompt, breakfast was nice and fresh, and staff were very attentive. Would come back for sure.

Our only complaint was the bathtub. The bottom is a little curved, so it can get quite slippery! We had a few close calls. Other than that, everything was great.

The garden is so beautiful and quiet, also the room is clean and very cozy! The suff was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed, we would definitely come back again

From the very beginning, you can feel the warm, family-like atmosphere – the owner and his son are incredibly kind and welcoming, which greatly enhances the overall experience.The cleanliness is absolutely spotless – both the rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained. Guests are also provided with high-quality toiletries that have a wonderful, luxurious scent.The entire staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, no matter the time of day. The location is another big plus – the hotel is just a short walk from the beach, with several restaurants nearby.Breakfasts deserve a special mention – not only for their taste but also for how well they’re organized. Each morning, you can simply relax on the terrace while a staff member comes to take your order. The selection is wide, and everything is freshly prepared and delicious – a perfect way to start the day.This place is genuinely worth recommending – the great atmosphere, high standards, and excellent service make it a spot you’ll want to return to.

The bungalows are a 10 out of 10. It's impossible to find any fault! The rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean and kept that way on a daily basis, which was highty appreciated.The staff is wonderful and incredibly friendly and helpful.The bed really comfortable and I loved the huge Moskito net around it. Best design ever!Even though there are calls of prayers, we never heard them inside the room. It was also great having our own sun loungers outside, beach towels and lovely smelling shower gel /shampoo and conditioner. Beach is also only 5min walk away and enough restaurants within a 5-10 min walk away.

It’s impossible to fill bath, because hot water only for 10 minutes (small boiler). But you can use electric electric kettle to heat

What a fantastic stay! Just an amazing bungalow and probably the nicest staff I have ever come across. They really went out of their way to assist me whilst I was under the weather. Delicious breakfast on top of all that ?. Cannot recommend enough!

Such a lovely place in a great location behind Selong Belanak. The staff are SO friendly and lovely and accomodating.

Friendly staff, very clean and in a great location. Fresh coffee for a caffettieris provided in room as well as awater chiller which has drinkable wster. Lovely bathroom.

A perfect place to rest after the Mount Rinjani tour. The communication with the staffs were perfect. They were happy to help us if we needed help or had questions. The bedroom and the bathroom are amazing. They are very clean, very comfortable and beautiful. This hotel is so much better than the any 5 stars hotel out there. The breakfasts were also great. It's so delicious and you got served in front of your bungalow! If we come to selong belanak, we will absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable clean bungalows well equipped with drinking water, tea& coffee and a generous breakfast . Swimming pool small but refreshing. Situated in a quiet location 5 mins from the beach and 10 mins to restaurants.
