Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kamakura-Ofuna Higashiguchi

The location is in the heart of the city, perfect for walking around and exploring. The breakfast was excellent and absolutely delicious. I loved it!

When I booked, I thought from the pictures that there was free parking inside the hotel, which influenced my decision. However, it wasn't a big problem because there were plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Very clean. The bed is soft and comfy. Great location and nice staff

There’re only two coin laundromat machine and they’re always full.

No bottled water? (but I think there’s a note that says that water is potable)

Hotel very easy to access from the station (like a 2 minute walk), as well as situated among many restaurants and shops. Facilities were very clean, bed was super comfortable, and staff was always very kind!

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good wifi. Very close to Ofuna station. Professional and helpful staff.

Convenient to the station, department stores, restaurants, and banks. Clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms.

The dark entrance to the parking lot.

Breakfast was awesome. The location is near to station and surrounded by shops (drugstore, small supermarket, konbini and ramen restaurants).

Very close to train station, very good reasonably priced breakfast, great helpful staff. Ofuna is very convenient location to explore Kamakura.

Staff was nice.

No hot water on our last day, could not take a shower. It never got fixed. Also, one day the power was out all day due to inspection which was inconvenient although we were notified in advance.

Location is convenient, lots of restaurants and shopping around. Close to the station

Room is small but its typical here in Japan

Super convenient location, very close to Ofuna station and in a busy area with lots of restaurants and other shops. But it’s very quiet. The staff were fantastic - always helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was tasty too.

The location is near train station and some of the attractions, while you work up to your room the hallway have an air conditioning so it’s a big plus in the summer

Just the TV, we thought it’ll be a smart TV where we can stream online services

Staff was nice and accommodating. Both check in and check out were very smooth.

Size of the room and bathroom

The location was fabulous close to the train station. Lots of places to eat close by.

While we were there, the fire alarm went off, but there was no fire. It was a malfunction, but life happens.

Good location. Staff so nice.Clean hotel and full facilities.

Very easy access to train station. Quiet. Pajamas

The automated check in was a bit weird, especially because there was staff right there.

I like the area itself; it’s close to the station, market, and shopping area, and it’s a very cozy place to walk around, even when you are alone

Non.

good hotel /good location & good service from staff. very clean & new

Location is the best, it is the perfect place to stay for, since it is a hub. and can travel by bus, train to a lot of location that we need to go. The breakfast is the best. Also, they provide even face mask for customers to pick up in the lobby.

I think if they can provide some parking spots for some customer like us would be better. It is perfect if they can at least provide one to two spots.

Tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed. Small space, but great value. Easy location from the train station. Had umbrellas to loan out since it was very rainy when we were there.

We did come a little earlier than check in, hoping our room might be available early, but no luck.
