Enoca Hotel

I loved the location and the hospitality! I also loved that there was a washer and dryer with detergent available!! I packed really light so that came in handy!

The bed was a little firm but other than that everything was perfect!

the property is very spacious and clean, suitable for family stay and if you travel with car the location is very nice. there are diner restaurant nearby along with convenience store. we had a great time

We stayed for a long weekend. Appreciated the free covered parking and ease of getting into Enoshima by both train (2 min walk to Enoden tram) and car. Close walk to kombini and restaurants. We stayed with our toddler and the room was babyproofed for the most part. The drink station out in the reception area was a nice convenience. Bathroom was tight but clean and the curling iron was a nice surprise

Our biggest issue was that the wallpaper in our room was peeling away from the walls and our son wanted to grab/play with it.

Very good choice for a family - very spacious living/dining room area. Sufficiently sized kitchen to prepare your own meals if you want to. Very good supermarket just 5min down the main road. Very good location when you come by car; free parking right in front of the house and the beach is less than a 10min drive away. Free soft drinks and ice machine have been a plus for the kids. Staff is very friendly, though only available by knocking on the back office door most of the time.

The bedroom is a bit tight to be fitted out with with two large queen beds; fortunately another two foldable beds were available so that the living room can be used as a 2nd bedroom as well.

The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful, even though we have a bit of trouble with the Japanese language. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. I was able to do my laundry as well in the basement free of charge. And it smelled absolutely delicious throughout the whole hotel. We both really enjoyed our stay.

The shower was a bit of figuring out for me, since I haven't used that kind of system before and the shower water got cold after a short while and then heated up again and that kept repeating many times in a row. Also not too much of an issue but it was kinda weird that you couldn't turn off the lights anywhere else except by the bed.

Enoca is one of the few hotels where I saw the interest in the comfort of the client: renovated, clean, equipped with a microwave in the room, kettle, fridge, comfortable beds, enormous Tv, delicious breakfast, free drinks in the mornings, free parking..Very friendly and helpful staff.The children liked it so much that they wanted us to come back. Usually, we don’t use to stay twice in the same hotel. We highly recommend Enoca hotel!❤️

It was a short walk from the station, amenities were abundant and the room was really nice. I would stay here again next time.

There was only one staff so we were hesitant to make requests.

I loved the amenities included. I loved the location. And I loved the feel of the spot. It was maybe the easiest location for me to find on my trip in Japan (if you're comfortable with buses, it's literally a few feet from a bus stop). Plus, it's like a 10-15min walk from the train station. So either way, pretty sweet.

I wish I stayed longer. No real complaints. I wasn't sure how the vent and the AC worked. That would have been nice to have that explained to me.

The hotel provides free drinks 24 hours and also free amenities kits. The room is clean and comfortable. There is supermarket near hotel where you can find a discount food at night.

The parking space is quite small.

A really really nice place, run by a really really nice lady.The room was very cosy, super clean, well decorated, highly equipped.Amenities provided, tea, coffee and soda machine in the lobby.

Should you be hosted in the room 305, be sure the window has been fixed properly, we could enjoy the noise of the street all night long.Only ‘bad point’ if we may say so.

Location: Close from the station (Yanagi-koji) on the Enoden line. Just 3 stops away from Enoshima. A convenience store and supermarket located within walking distance.Room: The room was small but the layout was efficient. Had a large tv with free movies. Had a microwave, free bottled water (500ml), large bathroom (no separate private space to change though). The water pressure of the shower can be adjusted to very strong which is rare in hotels in Japan as it can be quite weak. I was surprised with the curling wands and other hair styling tools provided in the room.Amenities: Free drinks (non-alcoholic), free facial masks, earbuds and small cotton wipes, wash cloth etc.

The smoking area has a roof which is good but wished it was located in a different area of the hotel.

Clean and cosy accommodation. We had 3 rooms all were different lay outs and suitable for 2 people. Loved the bathroom. Air con was great. Free amenities. Easy check in and out plus staff service was awesome. Price is good and location was close to 7/11 Lawson and restaurants walkable distance. Parking available too.

Cozy room, half japonese half contemporary.Good tv when you have typhoon in the middle of your stay.Bicycle available for free by appointment, thanks becose the sea side is not realy across.7 Eleven 2 min by walk Enoden line 3 min by walk Then you can go to beach club easy or to Kamakura or Enoshima. Quiet place if you need one.

Cleaning every two days could be a nice solution for long stay...over all when you pay arround 1 times and a half the avrage price of a night. Free storage of luggage could be a good help, it was not the case.

Exceptional large suite on top floor.Complete, clean, spacious, large dining table, fridges, utensils, sofa set, TV, washing machine and etc.Free laundry services, free parking, free beverages and even free facial mask!

Suggest provision of 2 bathrooms for this spacious suite.Lift serving the different floors is abit small and narrow, could hardly fit all the family members of 4 with luggages at one ride.

Comfort and cozy room, equipped with fully furnished. Free drink bar and varying amenities. Free bicycle rental.

The best part is privacy. We feel safe and the same time we feel free and comfortable. Its clean and not cheap looking rooms. The smells are good and drink bar (free drinks) and unlimited toiletries are also amazing. Plus the hotel is very accessible. One thing I think I hope that management consider is if guests has children they should be in 1st floor because some kids are making noise in floor

The studio apartment is great.Very spacious, with car park space available.Toilet equipped with jacuzzi. Bath salts are available at reception area.A little kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Make simple meals after getting grocery from nearby convenient store.

Windows cannot be opened

Parking is available but need a little bit of careful steering.
