    Pros +

    • Convenient location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast.
    • You can see the hotel from Chigasaki Station. A bit of a walk, 8-10mins but there are elevators to help you with your luggage. Lots of restaurants every corner. Express check-in/out and the machine gives 2 keycards. Clean room and comfy beds. Our two XL luggage can easily be opened, you just have to be madiskarte and not maarte. Free breakfast is really good too which can be crowded at times but they do refill when needed. Safe to roam around at night as this is near the city hall I think. They change towels everyday. They have bath robes and ameneties in the reception area. They even store our luggage safely before checkin. Cost-wise and convenience, this hotel option is way cheaper than in Yokohama or Kamakura, only a train ride away.
    • Very clean , and FREE Breakfast.Good location

    Cons -

    • The bed was high for a baby and a bit hard but since it is a business hotel it is understandable
    • One of the outlets wasn't working & didn't charge our phones during the night. Got confused on how to turn the lights on/off.
    • The bed is terrible, the hardest mattress I ever slept on (actually I didn't get much sleep because too hard). One could as well sleep on the floor. Even if budget hotel, the mattress should be decently comfortable.

Place looks nice. Breakfast was pretty great. Staff was friendly. The bedroom looked a little like a hospital but the bed was comfy & made my partner's headache & stomach illness go away.

One of the outlets wasn't working & didn't charge our phones during the night. Got confused on how to turn the lights on/off.

Very clean and well designed rooms. Free breakfast is a plus! However the beds were a little hard. No driveway for cars as well for pick up and drop off.

Close to the station, friendly staff, simple but okish breakfast, clean.

The bed is terrible, the hardest mattress I ever slept on (actually I didn't get much sleep because too hard). One could as well sleep on the floor. Even if budget hotel, the mattress should be decently comfortable.

Staff was very attentive and always greeted me with a smile. The room i stayed in was very cosy and clean. Location was perfect as it was near restaurants and the train station. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of selection. I Definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic value. It’s in a great location near shops and restaurants. Very clean, breakfast included. Parking stations are right next door for good prices if you are driving.

The room was spotless clean. I like how I could adjust the lighting in the room, the light color temperature.

The staff, especially the woman with glasses, she's terrible. I was waiting to retrieve my luggage stored and she could see that I was there with my luggage tag, yet she continued helping another guest who was taking such a long time with tons of questions. She did however tell me to wait for awhile, but with neither a smile nor apologetic facial expression at all. She was determined to help the other guest as long as possible and as long as she wants. It evenseemed she did it on purpose. She could at least call for help, a colleague who is simply behind the thin Logo wall. I could even hear that the colleague was behind the wall re-arranging stuff. But the woman with spectacles did nothing. Another thing about his hotel is the check-in time, 4:30pm ... ridiculously late. And check-out time, 10am!!! Yes, ridiculously early. A total of 17.5 hours stay only.

Nice, clean and easy access to the hotel.

    9GladyPosted on: 1-4-2025

location is great near shops ,restaurants and train station.

    5PatriciaPosted on: 1-4-2025

The hotel is close to the station, very clean and the staff are efficient and helpful.

The rooms were cramped, with just one rather hard pillow each and no bedside lighting on one side of the bed, so this person could not see to read.

    10EvangelinePosted on: 10-13-2024

Clean rooms, rain shower, streaming available. Did not try the breakfast as it was already crowded close to 7am and we had to leave.

Seem to be able to hear piping / water sounds from either room above / adjacent room. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

It’s close to everything in Chigasaki. Many places to eat and go out too

The free parking should be book months in advance and seems like a gimmick to get you into the property. You wind up paying 1,000 jpy per night at the paid parking and you can’t go in and out. The parking is not nearby to hotel especially if you have large bags. Pay more and stay somewhere that it’s transparent to there amenities. Also the staff are not foreigner friendly they did not even explain that breakfast at until 9:00 am they just put me through an automated check in process and seemed to help more the Japanese customers then foreign ones. They struggled to speak English.

Real clean hotel. Delicious breakfast and great facilities. Walking distance to Aeon shopping mall.

    5PeterPosted on: 9-8-2024

Park view was nice.Bath-room-box was lowered and flatten with the room surface. Quite rare to see that.

Checkin 4pm is just ridiculous late. And no early checkin was possible. Usually it's 3pm and in most hotels and most cases you can get the key even 60-90min earlier. Here not. Not gonna book here anymore.Breakfast food was not delicious.Window could not be opened at all, only leaned.

    9HarrisonPosted on: 7-18-2024

Very clean and friendly staff. Upgraded our room for an extra 600 yen and it was worth it. The room was big for a business hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable.
