KAMAKURA Hotel

Staff were incredibly wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect.

Nice room too cold to use terrace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Room are really huge with a good bath tub and rain shower included.Amenities are really nice.You can get 10% discount for rickshaw ride if you order from the lobby.Breakfast is satisfying, simple but delicious.

Room was a bit smelly. I got 2 rooms, there is air purifier in the other room but one without.Location of the hotel can be a bit confusing at first

Kamakura Hotel was located just a 2 minute walk from the Train Station and very close to many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Easy access to attractions in the area via the local train system. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast. (In a previous review I mistakenly mentioned private access to a spa on each floor, but that was NOT applicable to this hotel, sorry)

Great location, tucked away from noise, right next to a ton of fun activities in Kamakura. Walkable to everything, onigiri miso soup breakfast was delicious.

Beautifully conceived and designed. Impeccably clean and comfortable. Kind and efficient service. Delicious breakfast served with attention to detail. Perfect location nearby the train station, yet quiet. Loved it.

Only improvement would be an onsen bath or a suggestion of one nearby. That said, there was a beautiful bath in our room.

The location is superb, right next to the Kamakura station yet quiet and quaint. The freshly made onigiris for breakfast are delightful. The staff is kind and helpful to non-Japanese speaking guests.

The air conditioning compressor is located on the balcony blowing hot air around the seatings. Please consider raising the compressor a few feet about the balcony floor.

The room was well equipped and very clean! Bath was perfect as well after a long day. Exceptional breakfast; the onigiri and miso soup provided every morning was great for a day out in the city.

Small but well-appointed room. Front desk staff very helpful and kind, appreciate them holding our bags before check-in. Included breakfast was delicious onigiri and tea.

I wish there was also a coffee option provided with breakfast. I love tea, but do appreciate a coffee to start my day. No one told us about the sauna that is in the hotel, we had to ask ourselves. It is an additional charge so we did not use it.

The hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Room was sparkling clean with lovely amenities and comfortable beds. Just around the corner from the train station and bustling shops. Would return in a heartbeat!

Beds were Japanese style - low to the ground.They couldn’t give us a morning snack for an early departure.

It was clean, comfortable and well located. All the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful.

Great service mind and staff is very helpful, Sauna is very best experience for us, the hotel is near station, convenient to travel. We’ll back to stay again when visiting Kamakura.

Everything was great

Good size room, huge bathroom for Japan. Comfortable Beds. Free drinks daily, good breakfast. Good location if you are able to arrive at Kamakura Station.

We stayed there for 2 nights and never regretted our stay at all! From the time we walked in to the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival, there was free flow of drinks from 3.45pm- 4.45pm with their menu of choice. The hotel provided breakfast everyday but with the same menu. The room was spacious and big, the toilets were very spacious and clean. We loved the bathtub inside. We went during the sakura season and there was a huge beautiful tree with blooming sakura just outside the hotel. A balcony view of the room would be great for the stay. Most of the staff could understand english which is a plus point. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this hotel.
