Super Hotel Shonan Fujisawaeki Minamiguchi

Everything was perfect! The location is literally a few minutes walk from fujisawa station with various convenience stores and delicious food places. The staffs are kind, welcoming, and very helpful! Great mannerism from each and every one of them that I encountered. They also offered you several items you may need: pajamas (like real pajamas not a robe), low level pillow, body cream, face mask, etc. They also have a drinking zone in the evening (breakfast zone in the morning), private bath, and laundry room too! Our room was neat and clean. The beds are comfortable. I had great sleeps and really felt comfortable staying here. Definitely will stay here again if I am visiting Fujisawa!

Rooms are small!

Within a few minutes walk to the train stations, shops and restaurants.Welcome drink and lots of free accessories for guests to enjoy.Friendly staff trying to accommodate guests’ needs.Breakfast is delicious.

Bathroom is very small and one can barely turn around inside it.Bunk upper bed does not have the sheet made, and we have to make our own bed although we informed hotel about 3 persons’ stay at the time of reservation.

Only one elevator, too much talking of breakfast crew offering suggestion on how to eat the dishes. Just be quiet and place the food. Such a small area we see everything. Too noisy and annoying

Breakfast pastries was sooo good!! Location was near to Fujisawa station as well! Hotel provided us some amenities everyday and it’s very useful. Staff were very polite and helpful when we asked them for information. There were also many food places around the hotel!

Toilet is bit small but I think that’s standard for Japan hotels.

Should have more vegan options at breakfast. That would be a nice touch.

Location is great - very close to the station, restaurants, stores, etc. Breakfast was good. Love the bath!

Only good thing is the location.This was 3rd time I stay there but will not stay and will not recommend to my friends.The hotel has been down graded.Maybe a different owner ?

Welcome drinks are Just cheap ones.They should have sake.NoLotions or face cleaner or one in all lotions should be there.The worst Super hotel

The hotel is very clean. Comfortable , quite hotel.. The breakfast is really awesome.. specially the freshly bake breads. Definitely will back again.

Focusing on food loss is very good. Vey clean. Only one elevator but very fast.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. As a visitor from the US it was very easy to book and stay at this hotel.

Nice staff, clean and the large communal bath

First time searching for a hotel for a family of four that the system recommended two connecting rooms, which was magic! Great location. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Easy check in / check out.

Breakfast was good, but limited compared to similar hotels. Car parking was inexpensive, but a little bit of a walk off the property.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsen was small but nice, we enjoy our time in an onsen here.The hotel is located very near Fujisawa station which is the first station of Enoden to Kamakura. My niece love the complimentary for kid and candies. She asked to give this place 10 stars :D Also they wrote us the welcome card which is so nice :)
