Good location, rooms were nice

Not very clean, floors definitely had not been swept. WiFi was very slow and almost unusable. Water coming out of tap and shower was yellow

Great location, very scenic and beautiful.I hope this property is in the beginning of renovations and we just caught it at the beginning of that process. It has the potential to be really nice, but as is...it's not.

Pictures are deceiving!!! Bathroom was disgusting. Unfinished power outlets throughout the cabin, being held in the wall with tape. Water from taps was filthy. Cabin was at a slant, felt like it was going to tumble into the lake. Ants in cabin.

Rooms were clean and updated, staff very friendly. Absolutely amazing view from the room. Very close to Algonquin park. 10/10 Would recommend

The location was perfect just outside Algonquin Park, & on the water. The bed was comfortable, & it was quiet at night.

We had a broken step leading to our room. The carpet was not well vacuumed. An old water bottle was left behind the bedside table. The porcelain in the sink was all cracked. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or mugs. Garbage on waterfront & property.

The location and the single staff member was friendly.

We understand that in these difficult times small things may be neglected. However, the room could have been cleaner, plus interior repairs were needed and both the indoor and outdoor furniture is in need of upgrade.

The location was good

The room was dirty and the staff made us go to the store next door for ice. They said they only offered ice for emergencies. The hairdryer didn't work and the office was still closed in the morning at 8:30. The butter chicken had bones in it.

I would advise people NOT to stay. Staff I gather was the owner. He was a dud. We checked in outside temp was 5 C. Heat was not on. We had to stay in our jackets for an hour and a half. Ceiling tiles were about to fall down.The white tub was stained green

No WIFI,no cafe or tea supply in the room.

It was close to Algonwuin Park.

Something was going on with management. We couldn't get in touch with anyone until the last minute.

It was freezing in that room! The floors were very cold and the draft close to floor was very cold. We brewed coffee at 1 am to warm up.

great view and the hot tub was lovely. the price and location were also great, and the owner/innkeeper was really nice and helpful. not too far away from hiking trails too

The Lakeside Inn is beautifully located on the water. I stayed in a rustic cabin that met my needs. Bed, kitchen etc were all adequate.

They did not provide dish detergent and I ended up using shampoo.

I only liked the location.

The room was not very clean. The property needs some tlc. The water was yellow. Opened the window to get some air, and 16-20 flies came in at one time. It was very basic and so expensive. I could have gone for 4 star hotel for that much.

Great location. Stayed in the motel section. Cute rooms with excellent lake views. Basic but nice. Having your own personal fire pit by the water under the stars was amazing!

No coffee makers in the room. Had to purchase coffee from a coffee maker in the lobby if you wanted one. No firewood available on site. Television didn't work

stayed here before, so I knew what I was getting, very weak WIFI, no coffee with the coffee maker, only one piece of soap in bathroom, the whole facility needs a face lift in order to warrant the price they are asking for, $335.can for a double room is very steep for the quality of the place very small TV the property has so much potential, it could really be a gem

The motel didn't mention that breakfast was not included and our room was on the second floor. This was not the first time that we stayed at the motel but I am quite sure that we will not stay there again for the way they treat customers.

Close to the park entrance is the only good thing about this property

We were there for 2 nights to spend 2 days hiking in the park however turns out there was no water and then the staff tried to blame to township for cutting the water supply. Absolutely disgusting when they charged me almost $300 per night for a room without water! No compensation at all either when asked while checking out.

Updated room. Good location

Overall dated and needs some exterior maintenance. Limited restaurant (but pizza place up road). No room darkening
