Hôtel-Motel Le Pharillon

We stayed 4 nights. It was great. We had a view of the sea, parking was great. The area is quiet. Room was very clean. I would return again.

The only thing that was not perfect was that, as it was late in September, we had to go to Gaspe for everything. It would take a half an hour there and half an hour back.

The staff were very friendly & speaking a different language did not have a problem. Waking up to the sound of ocean waves was awesome, just like Caribbean only a bit cooler.

It is dated & could use a facelift. Invest in some new mattresses, not everyone likes a hard mattress. My husband & I took turns sleeping on pullout loveseat.

La localisation exceptionnelle, sur le bord de mer était parfaite. La chambre était bien insonorisée et très propre même si la décoration date de quelques décennies. Les hôtes nous ont reçu avec le sourire.

Beautiful location. The motel is old so it shows but is clean and comfy. The people are nice.

The rooms don't have transparent blinds at the window. Only the night plain that block all light. So, during the day, if you wanna have daylight in the room, you have to accept that everybody from the street can see inside.

For a 2 stars motel i could not expect any better. My rate is mostly for the spectacular view on the ocean over looking the highest lighthouse in Canada, at only a walking distance. The motel is only at 1 km distance from Forillon national pk.

The room was spotless. I've never seen a motel this clean.

Very clean and comfortable. We were able to charge our hybrid plug-in at the plug outside our door.. Quiet, , no sound from either neighbor.We were minutes from Forillon National Park … a wonderland for nature lovers.

We had to travel 20 km for an early breakfast.

The location right on the water was perfect with coffee every morning on the chairs or picnic tables in the sunshine.

Not the properties fault but there is only one road side take out place to eat; however, the food there was very good.

The view was amazing!

The fan was kinda crazy. It was spinning very violently to the point we feared it might fall off the ceiling.

Great location for visiting Forillon National Park. Seaside rooms more charming, but nice to have functional kitchenette. Room comfortably large.

Need safety grab bars in bath. A light privacy curtain across front window would be nice addition.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room close to Forillon entrance. Check in was easy, and efficient. Front desk lady was very helpful with good suggestions. Water quality was questionable due to a lack of rain. Hotel provided us with plenty of bottles of water.

No complaints

Room is very clean, out of expectation, feels like a sweet home. It provides everything, such as Wifi, free parking, TV, microwave, fridge, stove, dishes, folks and spoons, even you can cook simple dishes in the room. I will stay here next time when I visit Gaspe.

Soundproof needs to be improved.
