The kitchenette and breakfast were the highlight of this hotel. As well as the staff! :)

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice and friendly. The manager was very helpful with my check in, getting me distilled water for my CPAP, and helping me with my luggage at checkout and a taxi. I don’t remember her name. She was wonderful.

The place was clean, had free parking and it’s close by a plaza that has restaurants, shops, Marshall’s.. etc The breakfast had reasonable variety and Maria who worked there was very helpful and kindly offered us extra options that suited our dietary restrictions. All in all, it was good for value??

The location was far from the city, and it took 25 minutes as on average, sometimes more! And the Breakfast could be improved a lot

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Quebec City was amazing! The price is great for a group of six. The room was clean, the environment was pleasant, and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was also amazing , a perfect start to our day.

Clean, spacious room with a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dishes, cups, utensils, and more. Friendly staff.

The soundproofing could be improved — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above, which made it quite uncomfortable at times.

Rooms were large and great storage. Everything was clean. Loved how bright the front desk area was.

The staff was very polite, breakfast was good and had lots of different options which is great for a picky toddler. The pool is not huge but it was very clean and my kids had so much fun. As a dog owner, I LOVE that this hotel is pet friendly, we will definitely be returning and bringing our dog along. Also liked that I could log into my Netflix account on the TV!

Few things that weren’t super clean. Hairs in the shower and noticed while looking for my son’s toy that it was a little dirty underneath the couch and AC as if it is rarely vacuumed under there.

Good location with parking.

The lobby and hall ways weren't clean and dining time was packed and chaotic.

This was supposed to be a 5 star review, until someone who seems to be the manager came at breakfast relaying complaint from someone that our 2 yo boy was loud while sitting in the baby chair having breakfast, with barely anyone else in the dining area. They should have saved these words for people who were making inappropriate noises in the middle of the night with no respect to neighbouring rooms.

The very professional, kind and friendly staff at reception provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Our room was perfect. It had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly with no noise to disturb us. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of hot items. We have stayed in many airport type hotels but this is by far the best. Great experience at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing! It was all VERY GOOD!

Overall, the hotel's infrastructure and hardware are well-maintained. The air conditioning functions properly, and the walls provide good soundproofing.

A few issues that I believe should be improved:1.Breakfast Variety – The breakfast selection is quite limited, which seems to be a common issue across Hilton family suite hotels. This should be improved by offering more variety each day. Adding fresh vegetables, real bacon, ham, and different egg preparations would significantly enhance the experience.2.Swimming Pool Cleanliness – The pool requires more frequent deep cleaning. The water quality was not good during my stay.3.Room Cleaning Policy – This hotel requires long-stay guests to request room cleaning at least one day in advance. If you forget to request it, your room will not be cleaned. In contrast, at Hilton Suites in Toronto, cleaning is done every other day as a standard practice. I believe scheduled cleanings at regular intervals would be better, even if it's not every other day. For example, a routine schedule like Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday would ensure cleanliness while managing costs.4.Late Check-in Time – The check-in time of 3:00 PM feels quite late. While this may be standard in Canada, it is the latest check-in time I’ve encountered in any country I’ve visited.5.Lack of Warm Bedding – There were no extra blankets or warm duvets available in the closet, only light covers. Early mornings can be quite chilly, especially for the bed near the window. It would be helpful to provide warmer bedding options in the room.6.Kitchen Equipment – Although this is a suite with a small kitchenette, there was no stove or cooking equipment provided. The microwave (which also functions as a range hood) is located directly above the sink. A small notice on the microwave mentioned that a portable stove is available upon request.

Staff are very welcoming

It is going to be a nightmare if you are in a street facing suite. Spring beds will give backake. Not comfortable at all! Pool is crowded with kids and not as clean as you expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is not the best breakfast I have had in the past. No indoor parking, it could be a great challenge in such a freezing cold Quebec City.

New rooms. New furnishings. Excellent hot breakfast with many options.

We booked the Hilton at the last minute due to weather conditions that cancelled our flight back home. Thanks to Booking.com, I could find a location, evaluate it, and book within minutes of our cancelled flight. Home 2 suites was very good. It is more of a temporary residential hotel for business travellers rather than one-night accommodations. The rooms were clean and large. The staff was excellent, especially our morning dining staff member, EFA.

I wish I had been there a little longer so I could of utilized the facilities including the Gym and indoor pool

Breakfast was good based on Canada`s breakfast standard. Room was spacious. There were enough parking spots behind hotel.

I wish we had opened window for fresh air in the room.
