- Very quiet and clean. Bed was very squishy and broken down. Excellent location and easy to find. Great views of the River. “Self Serve” with no staff but was fine.

- I wish they had an actual restaurant with dishes, rather than a snack bar which uses throw-away containers.
- The only 2 downsides for me where that the bed is way too soft and its a small bathroom not much room in the shower if you tall like me. But besides all that i really cant complain. Its a great place.

Very nice upgrades. Great location overlooking the St Lawrence Seaway. Excellent breakfast but was not complimentary.

When we arrived after booking , the hotel was closed , there was no one there to open our room , we panickya bit because it was getting dark and we been tired from our trip . After looking around the entire hotel to find som someone, we couldn’t find a phone number on the door so we decided to go somewhere else , at this time heading out to find another place we got an email on our phone telling us to go find our keys in a locked box with a specific code … this took us 30 mns . That was completely inadmissible and should never happen . Otherwise the people were fine …
