Hotel Stoneham

Location was great. Nice idea to give 10$ to use everywhere on the site so that they don't come to clean the room the next day (2 night stay). Free locker for skis

Paying ---$ + tx and fees for a very standard room of 2 double beds. Fridge to cold (food was freezing) and could'nt change the temperature.

Big spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful location but a bit far from Quebec city

The cleaning staff is not doing their job. There were spider webs between the floor and the AC, and they didn't even take out the trash

The location is excellent. Had a studio so the room was big enought.

It needs some update. Lamp not working properly. The matterss are old. Tv needs update.

The room was spacious. The only issue I had was that the easy chair in the room was low for a 6 foot person...

They checked me in early which allowed me to rest before an evening event.

It is aged and offers the basics. It is also away from facilities, restaurants or bars.

Great location as we hiked in Jacques Cartier National Park. The Brewery in town was amazing! Great to have the outdoor pool even though we did not use it.

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities are great, everything is clean and beautiful. The neighbourhood is also very nice, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains that makes for great pictures and it's just a great view.

The beds were a little on the smaller end. But that's pretty much the only thing to complain about.

Location was perfect. Room was clean, comfortable and fairly well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful! Close to Quebec City.

Unfortunately, there really isn't much around except the ski hill.

A little dated

The location was OK.

The hotel pretends to be a 3 star hotel (on booking) in fact it is a 2 star hotel. I wouldn't have made the reservation if I had known this. It seems that most of guests come with organised tours (arive in buses in the evening, depart in the morning). Individual guests seem not too numerous. It is possible that the standard of the rooms differ (we have seen the rooms prepared by the cleaning lady and they looked better). Ours looked (and smelled) old and used. The AC was very loud (we didn't use the ones in our rooms, but the one next room was so noisy, that it woke me couple of times at night). The rooms lacked electric kettle to boil water - the staff was nice and they borrowed us one from time to time. The funny part was that the cost of two rooms for our family exceeded the cost of really nice and comfortable apartments and houses which we have rented earlier while travelling through three different national parcs of Quebec.

clean, quiet, good location, convenient for our family. The beds were comfortable. On the cons, WiFi was not very good, lots of fluctuations. No control over the shower head for the water pressure. Not the best for a child. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. the room was a great size with convenient closet area for all our gear as well as a separate storage room for skis. great access to the hill and free parking is a bonus!
